Location in this property is worth staying here But resort I’d say is 4/10 Needs maintenance Pool missing many stones some staff was friendly some like they just don’t like their jobs Could be understaffed why the workload is terrible Waiting period to get room service always 1-1.5hrs Not many variety on places to at Only one shared buffet style place Palomas limited seating as well as cilantros Others restaurants that need reservations This Place needs more variety and more happy staff-not good hospitality I’ve traveled many times to Cancun, puerto Vallarta, Oaxaca, Mexico resorts and comparisons this place is bad Room ok cleaned and fresh towels as needed

Great value. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast and lunch on the beach perfect. Dinner harder to plan for with some places closed certain nights. We checked out some local spots for variety. Check out the Sunset property for a change of pace. Can’t really beat the beach life at the Blanco. Ubers in/out work fine. We will be back.

The property is in a great location but dated. The room amenities and finishings are well worn, the bathroom had some mold in the caulking, the a/c venting smelled musty and the beds were on the firm side. The property is all-inclusive and attracts a certain clientele looking to eat a lot and drink all day. The property has multiple food/restaurant locations. The pool food is meh, Cilantro’s outdoor restaurant is fair, the breakfast buffet at the Rose property was great. We also paid the upgrade charge to eat at Frida’s at the Sunset Beach location which was the highlight meal of the stay. Pretty nice gym at Rose as well. The staff were very friendly and attentive. If you are looking for as much free food and drink you can get, this is a good choice. If you want something a bit more relaxing and quality you might look elsewhere.
