「Très bien situé, par contre bruyant la nuit mais ce n'est pas la faute de l'hébergement. Il y a beaucoup de restaurants aux alentours. Nous avons passé un très beau séjour.」

「I hate to do this, but they really need to update the hotel. Its very old and worn. Upon arriving, they put us in a room that was not what I had paid for. After speaking with the manager and threatening to go elsewhere, they let me have the room I paid for, but not for my daughter and her partner. I know this is not a 5-star hotel, but there were rat droppings in the room. I can't emphasize enough that this hotel needs upgrading.」

「Accommodations are very clean, great location, staff are very friendly and helpful. This Accommodation would be great for short term guests but falls very short on long term guests. I was booked for 7 weeks but was expected to go that long without fresh sheets and towels unless I was willing to pay for them. When I wanted to send my linens to Rush Laundry for much less than what they wanted to charge me, I was told that I couldn't send their property out...on the original booking it stated that...

「I got the room I wanted, door had obviously been kicked in before and was badly repaired, showerhead only provided a dribble down the wall staff did try to remedy but I gave up and made due, breakfast was available next door but not until 10:30 am and only on random days, the pool was drained on my 3rd day , staff was great, manager looked at me like I was a criminal and sternly told me rules like I was an irresponsible teen, I'm 67, that said it was a nice quiet stay with a beautiful beach, I...

「The hotel was good, but the beach was unfortunately not. It had so much sea weed and looked dirty. Thank you to the welcoming hotel staff!」

「It is a new construction, the room was amazing, really clean, with ocean view, the pool really nice. The only thing that it was a big minus is that the Wi-Fi wasn't working in our room, we notified the front desk clerk and went to our room to try to fix it but couldn't be fixed and in that area my phone didn't have good reception there, other than that it was great. 」

「The apartment was very clean upon arrival, checkin was easy, (keys in a lock box). Lots to see and do everything within walking distance. The beach 5 min walk and a large grocery also 5 min away. If you have mobilty issues this place has 34 steps to walk up to get in. There was no housekeeping and no broom to sweep up all the fallen palapa grass from the roof of the apt which seems to fall daily.」

「It was a pleasant stay except that! The hot water does not work, the air conditioning fails 1 time out of 4. Not to mention that the pool's water levels are too low, so the filter doesn't work.…. 」
