"Pros: Staff, layout, restaurant availability, small but intimate, an effort with activities, gym, tennis and pickle ball with bikes available. Property is kept up with, bars, beach cabanas and shows, rooms are huge. Cons: the beach is not clear, cannot snorkel, the spa services are extremely overpriced, gf saw bar staff pouring bottle water in an alcohol bottle, some portions for dinners are small, food at steak house and spice hibachi grill was poor. Wish they had later activities, the night ends at 11-12 leaving much to desire for night time fun "

"We found everything we needed at Dreams Jade, great pool, excellent food and types of food, great 24-hour coffee shop, wonderful shops and spa, fun entertainment, and a nice beach area. Checked all the boxes."

"The customer service here is terrible. No much of food choices and their taste can be better. Rooms are clean but building is rusty. The environment was always smelling like horribly . Also, you are charged for wifi after connecting to 2devices. Not worthy of going."

"I hate to do this, but they really need to update the hotel. Its very old and worn. Upon arriving, they put us in a room that was not what I had paid for. After speaking with the manager and threatening to go elsewhere, they let me have the room I paid for, but not for my daughter and her partner. I know this is not a 5-star hotel, but there were rat droppings in the room. I can't emphasize enough that this hotel needs upgrading."

It is an ideal distance from both cities and nestled just outside of Puerto Morelos, which is a hidden gem for people that love good food and a chill vibe. I strongly recommend Sota Human Space. The accommodations are the best I've ever stayed at."
