The property itself was lovely, our room was extremely dated, curtains hanging off the rail, bathroom faucet completely loose, literally could lift it out of the socket. No place to hang clothes, everything was about 70 years old, paint stained curtains and doors.

I highly recommend this place! The staff were wonderful. Super clean. Great location, everything in town is just steps away. Easy parking. AC, mini fridge. I had a patio room just off the pool that was just ideal. Beautiful views. Lots of lounge chairs on the beach 👍👍

Lovely quaint place to stay. Excellent on-site restaurant. Great staff, perfect location to the town square and melacon. 2nd time staying and we will be back. We have 13 year old kids, if they enjoy the beach and are adventurous they will be fine

Our room overlooked the ocean nice balcony. Very basic hotel but certainly met my expectations as I knew that I had booked a 3 star hotel. The location was excellent. Small but nice they kept it clean. The hotel is located across the street from a supermarket that came in very handy. Very close to the town square and restaurants. We would return.

Great location and staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel is getting old but kept clean. Beach front was kept fairly clear of the sargassum, difficult to keep up as it was a continuous effort to clear . We enjoyed our stay there

Staff very helpful and kind. Refrigerator in our room. No coffee in room, only lobby which was frequently empty. This hotel is in such a great location. Could be so much better with small amount of effort. outdoor trash cans were overflowing so unwanted pests near seating area. Ants in or room. The lighting in the rooms was dismal at best.

Hacienda Morelos is a great place to enjoy the beach and all that the town has to offer. Walking distance to dozens of restaurants, bars and shops. Rooms are clean and the service is excellent.

The bed was too hard and the pillows were too lofty and lumpy. No toilet paper holder or kleenex. Almost no English language programs on TV. The location of the hotel was excellent, and the beach beautiful.

Fantastic location and a good value. This hotel is quaint and clean and right on the beach! The have a nice restaurant attached which was an easy alternative when we didn’t feel like walking to one of the many delightful local restaurants. The local supermarket is also almost right across the road. And if you’re a scuba diver or like to snorkel, OmDelfin is also on premise and has one of the best crews anywhere! The only thing that would have made our stay absolutely perfect would have been a “Do Not Disturb” sign for our door. The housecleaning staff often came by at the most inconvenient times, but truly, a minor complaint. Overall, our stay was amazing and we’ll definitely stay here next time we visit Puerto Morelos :)

We’ve stayed here 5 times and love the location, beach chairs and dive shop. This trip we wondered if management had changed. A women at the front desk most days was rude in multiple interactions, the pool has many missing tiles that could cause injury and twice we had no maid service (it’s supposed to be daily). Location is great and very walkable near the store, plaza and many restaurants)

From the check in….very easy yo extreme c,Ean rooms which I loved….and wonderful beach area and chairs….restaurant meals were delicious….. And the room view amaxing….i just lived room 309….

The restaurant and their staff were very good but it was very expensive for what you got. The beach was nice. The room was terrible. You had to lift the door to open so that it did not scrape along the floor. The smell from the sewer was not nice. We kept the lid to the toilet shut and blocked the drains. That helped but not perfect. We did not have a Carbon Monoxide detector, but a guest close to us did and it was very high. Everything in the room was old tired, sheets with stains, towels were old. I'm glad we were only there 4 days. We are now in an Air B&B away from the beach and we are much happier. You should not offer this hotel as a choice for your customers.
