Staff were amazing, always asking if you needed anything. Soooooo much to do. Entertainment- 10/10 Food - was actually really delicious. This is our 5th All inclusive resort and this resort was probably the best. I loved how there are 3 hotels on one resort. Making it massive and so much to do for the whole family. They were not overly pushy on becoming members, I was very stern at the very start we were not interested.

I upgraded and Platinum and wouldn’t do it any other way. I had a butler who catered to me 24 hours a day. My butler made my dinner reservations and would pick me up in the golf cart within minutes when I need to go to a different part of the resort. The roof top bar was beautiful. My favorite was the service.

All the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. There were lots of fun activities and entertainment every day, and the environment around the hotel was beautiful and relaxing. The food was quite good — nothing extraordinary, but solid and satisfying. My favorite place was the café, where you could always grab a snack whenever you felt hungry. The only minor inconvenience was that for dinner, if you didn’t want the buffet and wanted to try one of the à la carte restaurants, you had to make a reservation two days in advance — and sometimes if you went too late, they were already fully booked. Overall, it was a great stay and I would definitely come back again! 🌴
