"The property and the grounds were immaculate, our room was clean and spacious, and the dining and bar options were fantastic. The tennis court and two pickleball courts at the resort were in excellent condition, and Alex the tennis pro from Argentina was fabulous! The resort features on-site scuba diving instruction in the pool and dive trips that pick up directly from the property, and Arturo our dive master, our boat driver, and Gaby our underwater photographer were all great. Mario, our pool attendant, was terrific, and that really goes for the entire staff — so many friendly faces we came to know over our eight-day stay (we liked the resort so much that we extended our stay for an additional four nights). Our only disappointment was with all of the seawood along the beach. The resort, to its credit, had truly professional grade equipment that they used every day to address it, but it was a constant challenge (one we’re sure is faced by all of the other resorts in the area). Despite that, we absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend this resort!"

"All of the staff was incredibly wonderful. They were very helpful anytime we had questions. The bartenders were always making sure everyone was having fun. One thing that could use improvement is the restaurant booking system. It seemed that it just made more sense to go to the lobby and book your restaurant for the evening rather than battle the website or app which always showed everything was full. I have also stated all inclusive before where you could book multiple restaurants for a few days rather than the pressure of having to do it each morning, especially if you have an excursion. I also found that the restaurants weren’t even full when you went so that we made it frustrating that a lot of times you couldn’t get a reservation. The food was good, not the best I’ve had at an all-inclusive, but I always left full! One of my favourite things about this resort was how compact all of the amenities were. While I wouldn’t say it’s a tiny resort, everything was within a 3 to 5 minute walk at the most. All of the restaurants were together, and all the entertainment was really close to the restaurants. The spa was lovely as well! We were very burnt when we went and they did a good job nurturing our sunburns while still giving us a relaxing massage/facial."

"Good stay Better hotels to go to for the price Food is average Buffet is very busy, staff is a little overloaded Lots of beds to tan on A le carts could be improved Overall good place to stay but like I said there is better for the price they charge per night Biggest issue was when I tried to get my friend to pick me up they wouldn’t let him in the gate for security purposes and they MADE me take a taxi to the gate of the hotel for 500 pesos and I time everything out so I’m not sitting at the airport and we missed our checked luggage by 10 minutes so we had to buy a carry on and leave our expensive luggage at the airport, I realize this could be avoided if I left earlier but never have had this issue before and they Royally screwed me on that one. Again could be avoided if I left earlier but I plan things so I’m not sitting around for two hours at the airport I wish this could have been avoided by letting my friend in to take me there as I take responsibility for my own transportation when away. Overall average hotel probably won’t stay there again "
