Good room good food ruined beach. Ventus Ha is a property that is NOT on the shore, but beach itself got odd sacks of sand placed that prevents any swimming.

Overall an excellent stay. The facilities were very well maintained, the staff were content and happy to serve you. Facility was also very well-staffed. Somebody was always available to help. 24-hr room service was a really nice perk, and the facility itself was massive! So much to explore.

Everything was great. Beach was not as pictured. Beach has barriers in the water. no $300 credit like it says in the expedia booking... they gave us a coupon book for overpriced services. Other than that, i would still return as it is a beautiful resort. Good Food. not very easy to get reservations at the good restaurants for dinner as they book up fast ( i believe they reserve these for platinum club guests)

There are positives along with negatives to this hotel. The building is fresh and new with its two sky lounges and two pools. This being said, it is VERY noisy. The building and rooms have very little sound proofing. You will hear just about everything your neighbours are doing. It is right next to a busy boulevard with construction down the road. You will be woken at 6:30 am by the sound of dump trucks going by. At night it’s the gas golf cart shuttles dropping people off until midnight. The food is very good… if you can get reservations. It took 6 visits to the consierge and a large tip to get 4 reservations in the A La Cartes for a 7 nights stay. We waited upwards to an hour to get into the buffet. When we did get into the A La Cartes… they were half empty. The problem may be temporary as they looked understaffed.

Very Beautiful and huge and new hotel, buttttt The vibes arent on point unless you go to the marina el cid side where its more alive, the food is ok, the service is not luxurious- as if they are doing you a favor , the smells are not pleasant and they have animals walking around.. we were basically in a jungle of raccoons, cats, lizards; iguanas walking around and alligators in their own protected areas ... it was nice but when you know good sevice and quality you just know .. my kids loved it but i couldnt wait to leave

Everything was perfect. This is a fantastic resort. The food was great and there was a lot of variety. I don’t eat meat, just seafood and I felt like there was enough for me. I’m the type of traveler that will look at countless resorts and reviews to figure out where to stay. It took me a while to land on this resort, but I’m glad I did. A few things to know: there’s 3 resorts all in like 5-10 min walking distance but like a 2 min golf cart ride. You have access to all 3, it feels like they’re all one big resort anyways. I picked this resort, Ventus Ha instead of the other two which is called Ventus and the other one Marina/ el cid because of the price. The names all sound similar but this one is Ventus Ha. There’s hammocks in every balcony and around the pool area which is such a fun touch. It has a rooftop pool adults only on the seventh floor with hammocks, beds, chairs and a bar. There’s a big pool also on the ground floor and jacuzzi plus a bar. There’s a hibachi restaurant called KOBO which is freaking amazing. It was so good. The other restaurant has breakfast lunch and dinner which was also yum. You have access to the other 2 hotels as well. If you want to go use their pool, or the beach or restaurants etc you can go to the lobby outside and ask for someone to take you w a golf cart. There’s always drivers in golf carts dropping people off all the time. Everyone is so nice. There’s free 24hr room service. You have to reserve restaurant for dinner in advance!

The property was beautiful. The beach front as expected from photos. They are constantly up keeping the property and its shows. The food was 3 stars. It was just ok. Some great meals and some that wouldn’t be the best. There are 3 different sister resorts as apart of this one. All 3 resorts are battling for dinner restaurant reservations. Because of this we only got to eat at 3 different restaurants, the rest were buffet dinners. Service is great, pools are clean, lots of wild animals. We enough the wildlife. It is a big property but they do have golf carts to transport.
