The resort was absolutely beautiful. The staff were so friendly. It was very family friendly. There is a lot of wildlife around the resort! Everything is clean and well maintained. The food and service was great! I have nothing negative to say about our experience! We took our two young kids and had a blast!

Family friendly resort with lot engaging activities going on with main marina pool. Staff are really working hard to keep the resort well and people entertained. This is my second visit and I can say that it’s different from my last visit. Very hard to get any reservations in dine -in restaurants. Food options were limited and not all bars were open. This could be due to off season but it does let down overall experience

Just came back from Hotel Marina El Cid, it's connect to a couple other resorts, so you have a wide selection of meal options. Golf carts that can take you to the restaurants. My family enjoyed the pool, we used it everyday.

Been going to this same resort every year since 2018. I've noticed this year however that the pools seemed dirty and not as much entertainment as previous years. However the staff are still such amazing people and love them so much. They are the ones that keep bringing us back each year and will be going back again next year 💯
