"I don’t usually stay at resorts when I travel, but we decided to do a low-key week and we had an amazing time at excellence Riviera Cancun. Everybody that worked there was really nice to us. The food was amazing, the facilities and the grounds were clean and beautiful! I just I only have good things to say about this place. If you want a nice trip you want to relax and have a great time this is you place! As an added bonus, it’s child free which means no kids running around quiet nice grounds. It’s just a perfect holiday experience. "

"This was my favorite vacation I have taken. It was so beautiful and calm. The staff was super friendly, the apartment was very clean. The beach felt so private and the water was so clear and blue. Amazing views from the roof to enjoy from the hot tub.. the only thing we wish we realized is there is NOTHING around, no Ubers, no Uber Eats. If you don’t rent a car you need to plan enough groceries. We did get a number for a private taxi and found WhatsApp delivery services but it gets pricey so just plan ahead for that, there is nothing around but that’s why it’s so tranquil and beautiful! We hope to come back! "

The glass houses are beautifully crafted, thoughtfully designed, and blend seamlessly into nature. Waking up surrounded by jungle and light felt surreal. The “pool” experience being cenotes was unlike anything we’ve ever experienced, you truly become one with nature. The privacy here is unmatched; despite other guests being on the property, we rarely saw or heard anyone. It felt incredibly peaceful and personal. The chef prepared some of the best food we had on our entire trip, and the coffee made fresh in the morning was honestly the best cup I’ve ever had. The kitchenette was perfectly equipped with everything we needed and more. The additional services are absolutely worth it, the massage and ceremonial bath were deeply relaxing and meaningful. Every detail felt intentional, thoughtful, and designed for true restoration. The hot tubs are not heated but not needed in such a warm climate. If you are looking for a private, immersive, luxury-meets-nature experience, this place is unforgettable. We would return in a heartbeat."
