「Incredible hotel, well thought out with attention to detail. Our butler Jean-Luc was extremely helpful and reactive with all of our requests. Loved that it was smaller occupancy compared to other hotels in the area, with plenty of opportunities to see flora & fauna. 「Great resort and super fun vibe. No there is no beach so that was known going in. Not an issue for us. Plenty of room around the pool and never a long line at the bars. Staff super nice and helpful. Pool was chilly but it was 60 at night over new years so expected. Still got in for volleyball and foam party. Steak place was not great but Italian place was good. Buffet was good. 「房間實質大小與網站相片不乎,房間夾萬損毀,不能使用;房間衛生很多問題,第一日入住門後有兩片不明液體污垢物,到離開酒店那天還未清理。地板好像沒有拖地,長期讓腳板有粘貼的感覺。我們一家四口但浴室只提供一條浴巾,第二及第三天還沒有擺放浴巾,每次都要向前檯索取。地板防滑地毯如是。」
