「This place is fabulous for the people that wants to have a jungle full experience.」

「Wonderful family-run hotel on a lovely Cenote. If you want all-inclusive mass tourism, this is not for you. If you want an authentic Mexican self-catering room or apartment, off the beaten track, this is perfect. 」

「Very nice place and friendly staff. Nice rooms and good food. Mixed drinks are a bit lacking.」

「Dafne was an outstanding ambassador. We give her 5 Stars. She was attentive to our needs and took care of us. And checked in with us daily. The staff was great. The resort was at less than 50% capacity, therefore, the restaurants rotated being open and closed which limited our options throughout the two week stay. It’s a newer resort which is a big plus. Very clean facility in all aspects.」

「The property was very nice and beautiful for our first trip to playa del Carmen. The restaurant were very nice, although the buffets were a bit or miss. We loved the pools and night time entertainment.」

Unfortunately, the food at the steakhouse and Indian restaurant was...

「I had booked a room with 2 beds with Expedia but wasn't given that kind of room so I had to fight (in a foreign language) to get the room I had booked. I blame expedia as much as the hotel for bad communication. The restaurant has "hours" posted but they don't seem to follow them very strictly. We went down at 5:30pm for dinner (the restaurant was posted as open at 6:30) and they served us without complaint or even mentioning the time which was great but a little confusing. Finally, they serve...
