Due to low numbers of guests, buffet was only opened 2 nights a week for supper, had to fine dine at the 2 restaurants or eat before 5 when the other 2 were opened. Staff and resort were fantastic. Very clean. Should mention this on their website to inform the guests.

The pool was clean, staff was great, always available to help , the breakfast was so good. I enjoy going to the cafe restaurant to have the fresh baked goods. I love the corn bread and the caramel late everything was delicious there and the people that work there are so nice and kind. We love the place so much that my sister became member of the BIP vacation club and added me I cant wait to go back.

This was the first time we travelled to Riviera Maya Margaritaville and we were pleasantly surprised. The staff, food, and cleanliness of Margaritaville was beyond our expectations. However,a little disappointed that the beach was not accessible. We will definitely be returning in the near future. One of the best resorts.
