This hotel was so incredible! The staff were all exceptional. We felt very welcome and safe! Restaurants were delicious! We were not happy with the quality of the food from room service but that was our only complaint. We had a swim up king suite and it was definitely worth the upgrade! We look forward to returning :)

1. Unfortunately there was no beach at all - no access and no indication of any work to be done to change that. 2. Drinks at the pool bars were watered down half and half - confirmed and observed by a bartender 3. Seaweed smell was overpowering at times 4. No daily lunch buffet option - only breakfast til 11:00 5. Restaurant options - fair - Landshark was horrible - Steakhouse was excellent and Frank and Lola's was very good

We loved the room. Very modern. Staff was excellent. The only issue we had was no beach access. It’s difficult to say we went to Cancun but couldn’t go in the ocean. If you are ok with pool only it is great.

First of all if you have a weak stomach this resort is not for you. The intense smell that comes from the seaweeds is disgusting and owner doesn’t do anything about it. Even the employees complain. 2nd they use same food that’s cooked for breakfast on dinner. That beef stew from breakfast was inedible when I tried it on dinner because it was so chewy. Chicken wings at the corner shark restaurant was good but I didn’t go there to eat game day wings. 3rd, hotel reception is so unhelpful, cringe, disrespectful. We were promised 3 beds on booking and they charged 3 of us separately and gave us a room with 2 beds in it. They didn’t even try to satisfy us somehow, they just forced us to sleep 3 people in 2 beds. Same with the staff that works in restaurants. We ( 3 people) ordered 3 fries with our meals and the waiter that brings the food brought only 1 plate of fries and told us they can’t serve us more fries. The fries plate was so small we couldn’t even get full. How is this all inclusive then? Overall no I am definitely not picking this resort again. It’s also so far from the good areas like downtown.

Éramos fans de MargaritaVille, servicio, comida, bebidas, instalaciones, todo de muy buen nivel. Lamentablemente en esta última estancia nos fuimos con una impresión totalmente opuesta. El servicio de check in fue muy falto de calidad, calidez e información. No nos habilitaron los brazaletes correctamente, el personal no se presentó ni nos dio toda la información necesaria de restaurantes, instalaciones. Las comidas y bebidas siguen siendo mejor que el promedio de los AllInclusive, pero bajó mucho la calidad con respecto a nuestras estancias anteriores. Al momento del check out al horario debido, pedimos nos dejen los brazaletes para permanecer en las instalaciones ya que el traslado estaba planeado para más tarde, cosa que siempre se nos permitió sin restricciones o costos, pero ahora nos querían cobrar $500 por hora extra que nos quedemos, y sin siquiera poder hacer uso de la habitación, solo albercas y restaurantes. Obvio tuvimos que reprogramar de urgencia el transporte. Otro detalle de mal gusto fue que permitieron a un grupo de personas poner su propia bocina en la alberca a muy alto volumen, superpuesta con la música que están poniendo el hotel. Lamentablemente en base a esta última experiencia, MargaritaVille ya no es mi primer opción.

Beautiful new resort, great food, best resort staff I’ve ever experienced. Super friendly, fun, not pushy at all. Slightly older crowd, wouldn’t recommend for 20-somethings to go party here, but if you’re looking to relax its hard to beat.
