Everything about the property and staff was great especially the Serenity club perks. Hotel was nice and close to the airport. We truly enjoyed our stay and would consider going back again.

The resort is so nice and all staff was so accommodating. Denisee was a wonderful host for the trip. The food was delicious too, Tahani was amazing!

Beautiful swim-out room that was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The resort was well kept, and the food was delicious! We would definitely come back!

This is a very nice get away kind of place, but if you are planning to see any of the other parts of Cancun it is very far from the other resorts and tourist attractions.

We unfortunately had terrible weather, but our stay was amazing! Definitely book if you want a relaxing adults only resort that doesn’t have crazy party vibes!

We had a wonderful time at Haven Riviera! The rooms were nice and the food was good. Dinner was amazing each night. The staff was incredible, friendly, and helpful! Amazing beach cabanas with an ocean view and the pools were great too. We will definitely be going back!
