「This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room'...

「The resort was amazing. All the staff were super kind and very helpful. The food was pretty good. My favorite was the Yacht Club. They had something to do every day and night! Anything we wanted/needed, all we had to do was ask.」

「The sister resort next door has way more food options. Pool deck is very rough and needs resurfacing, bring appropriate footwear. Beach front was washed away. Not much sand area and first 20+ feet of ocean is very rocky.」
