「Esta lindo y limpio 」

「1推销自费的服务人员极力推销，影响旅行体验，2.已经订好好的酒店在check in 的时候前台强制再多付700美金，最后多给了现金500才放行，以后不会再到这个酒店度假」

「I love the property except the food for vegetarians very less options」

「The property when I first got there was very nice. Great views. They offered an upgrade to preferred with an ocean view for an additional fee which I took. It included access to the rooftop pool and bar/lunch area. The room ended up being a view of mostly construction with a view of the ocean to the left of the construction in the distance. The room wasn’t worth it but the rooftop access was nice. Unfortunately after 2 days there my fiancé and I caught a terrible stomach bug and ended up...

「We stayed at Wyndham Alltra Playa del Carmen from October 23–28, and friends surprised us by joining, bringing our group to nine. We all had an absolute blast! I rarely leave reviews, but this resort deserves one. The service was outstanding. Every restaurant accommodated all nine of us for dinner without any trouble, which meant so much because sharing our evenings together was a big part of the trip. Dinner was consistently delicious, with generous portions, and the drinks were...

「Clean room, great stay!」

「Very nice staff . Pool was very clean . Variety of food」

「Sandos was an okay resort, the water activities like kayaks and paddle boards were extra so that was a surprise as I assume these would be included. We had 2/5 restaurants closed while visiting for our last 2 days with no notice so I would ask about that also while staying. Overall was clean and staff was very friendly.」

「Absolutely not worth it. The property is old and not well maintained. We were one of few families that got duped by this high rating on here and thought that this is going to be an excellent place to have vacation with kids but it turned out the opposite. Food is mediocre to okay for breakfast and lunch, then better for dinner. Something as basic as getting a proper espresso drink though was impossible. We’ve stayed at St Regis Kanai before this stay and it was absolutely stunning - so going...

「I dislike that we had to go change into formal/casual just to enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner in some restaurants. Our room was not near to some restaurants. So have to leave the pool to go change and then come back was the only thing i disliked」

「Some areas not open. Renovations near 1 pool was a bit annoying. Mandatory long pants for men in restaurants should not be. Pools to crowded with people staying in pools for hours and hours and not getting g out to use wash rooms. Water not sanitary caused me to get a rash on day 4. Very quiet resort, with not so good beach area. All food, drinks and rooms were good.」

「Amazing hotel. Everyone is so nice and kind. Super clean. And a lot of good food ❤️」

「The hotel and service are Excellent friendly people.」
