「The property is beautiful. It’s like being in the rainforest. There is wildlife on the property which is an experience! The rooms are comfortable and nice. The staff is very friendly and a pleasure deal with. The beach is well maintained and steps away from the pools which gives you variety in your day.」

「Beautiful resort, but serious hygiene concerns We stayed at Viva Azteca for two weeks and had a mixed experience. The resort is beautiful, the beach and location are fantastic, and most staff were very friendly. Unfortunately, we had serious concerns about hygiene. 「You get what you pay for. Decent budget all inclusive to stay for a couple of days. Food was not good at all but drinks flowed and we rested well」

「Buen lugar amplio」

「We'll start with what I liked. The beach is beautiful, wide and there's not much sargasm now. The night shows were really good but they cater to mostly French and Spanish as they do not translate much in English. The buffet doesn't change much but I really like breakfast and there were quite a few dishes that I really enjoyed and were tasty. The staff is very nice the cleaning staff included and the animation team does their best especially sexy Willy. The grounds are one with nature and really...

「Housekeeping staff were very attentive, and overall the staff was exceptional. Our pool staff, Domingo, was phenomenal! Excellent personable customer service, meeting needs before they were known. He and his poolside coworkers were so friendly and took caring to a new level.」
