This was my second time at Palmaïa. It’s peaceful, wellness-focused, and full of positive energy. There was a small room mix-up, but the staff fixed it. Everyone is warm and thoughtful. I’m picky with food, and LEK was my favorite this time, unique and healthy. The birthday cake wasn’t great, but the coconut water in the room was amazing! I also love the Kuxtal cocktail, it’s vibrant and full of flavor. We didn’t make it to any activities as we mostly slept and rested, which was exactly what we needed. I did attend a Palmaïa meditation concert in NYC once, and as someone who never meditated before, I felt deeply calm and relaxed after it. Assuming some of the activities should be similar. The spa was great—I did the Prehispanic Ritual, and my friend had a scalp massage. Both were wonderful. The resort is surrounded by nature. We saw monkeys, raccoons, iguanas, and beautiful plants. The rooms are dark and the beds super comfy which is great for a light sleeper like me. Palmaïa is my favorite all-inclusive resort so far.

It's such a gift to be able to visit Palmaia for the second time. The staff is wonderfully friendly and helpful. The food is hit or miss, but it's so nice there, you won't care that much. I still managed to gain 4lbs so I clearly ate pretty well! The servers and bartenders are knowledgeable and attentive. The spa is beautiful and the therapists there are amazing. There are a variety of daily activities. The nomadic guides, Kasandra and Esteban, are gems!

The experience from beginning to end was amazing. Highly recommend for anyone looking to rest, reset, and recharge. The staff was very hospitable, the property was beautiful and the plant-based cuisine was great, even for a meat eater like me. The wellness programming was great too, from the traditional Temazcal ceremony, pranayama, yoga and the meditation concert among other things. We will be going back soon!

Surrounded by lush jungle and the sea, the resort is designed with deep respect for nature—eco-conscious and breathtakingly beautiful. It feels like stepping into a dream of what the world could be. The plant-based food at all seven restaurants is gourmet, flavorful, and abundant—with a few meat options available for those who want them. Their award-winning mocktails (also available as cocktails) are imaginative and delicious. Each guest is paired with a Nomadic Guide who helps with everything from booking restaurants and spa visits to arranging room service and activities. Their warm and seamless support made my stay effortless. The Architects of Life program offers daily yoga, meditation, and creative experiences with teachers who will impact your life. Angel’s wisdom is unforgettable—I highly recommend a personal session with him. Shaman Balder brings calm, grounding energy and powerful meditation practices. The Atlantis Spa is the best I’ve experienced in seven countries. I highly recommend the 90-min AïA Essence and the 120-min Mezcal Ritual. Arrive early to enjoy the sweat lodge, rosemary rinse, and cenote swim—it’s a true healing ritual. Palmaïa isn’t just a resort—it’s a sanctuary. My favorite place on Earth.

I had an incredible stay at Palmaia. From the staff, to the room, restaurants and amenities everything was absolutely amazing. I went by myself and it was very resourcing. Lots of activities such as breathing session, yoga, meditation, gym and spa treatments that are out of this world. The food was terrific and the mocktail list is spectacular. I would recommend without hesitation as a solo traveller, friends or couple. I find it might be a little boring for the kids (depending on your kids!) Enjoy!
