"Clean Room and nice service with close proximity to 5th street. The pool was lovely and the rooms were very accommodating with a great view of the garden and pool/ocean. The Cenote and Spa experience was SUPERB! Overall, a very nice stay for a quick all inlcusive getaway; drink options were good so no complaints there along with food options."

"We had an excellent trip and would absolutely recommend this resort for couples. It really is a great place to relax, enjoy each other, and have a fun, easy vacation without feeling like you have to overthink anything. The staff was one of the best parts of the entire experience. Everyone was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the stay. Most of the staff spoke solid English, and even in the moments when there was a little language barrier, it honestly made the experience more fun. It was a great opportunity to practice a little Spanish, and everyone was patient, kind, and had a great attitude. The food was also above average, especially for an all-inclusive resort. One thing they do really well is making sure food and drinks are available everywhere. It felt like every few steps there was something to grab, whether it was a snack, a meal, or a drink. That made the whole trip feel very convenient and relaxing. Housekeeping was excellent as well. The rooms were kept clean, refreshed, and comfortable, and the overall property was well maintained. It’s honestly hard to find many things to be picky about. One big recommendation: **do the activities.** The activity staff is amazing and really adds a lot of energy to the resort. They are fun, friendly, and make it easy to get involved without feeling pressured. Big shoutout to Angel, also known as Brown Sugar. Super cool guy and definitely one of the highlights of the trip."

"What an amazing vacation! It is definitely worth the extra money to get the family consierge service. They really went above and beyond. We had the most amazing time. Our room was clean, the staff was so amazing, and the amentities were top notch. I had a wonderful massage at the spa. The dinners at the restaurants were very good, my favorite was the italian and the hibachi. We had the buffet for breakfast every morning and there were so many options. I had tacos every day for breakffast! lol We went in early May, the weather was perfect, very hot and humid, but traveling from the East Coast it was just what we wanted. We never used the beach due to the seaweed but we didn't mind at all! The events every day/night were so fun for the kids: movies, face painting, balloon animals, all of the shows, candy bar, game room, when I say there was so much to do I mean it! We also loved the water park, I wish there was more food options and a bar there. The water was a little deep for the kids but overall lots of fun. We would start our day there then head to the pirate pool and have lunch. We only dropped the kids off at the kids camp once and we walked over to the adult only resort for a few hours. The kids loved it! They do push a lot of extras on you but I understand the business and we made the most of it. Overall I highly recommend this resort, and I can't wait to check out another Paradisus!"

Occidental at Xcaret Destination - All Inclusive

"The property is beautiful but keep in mind you will be far away from town. Amenities are nicer if you pay more as a royal guest. Food was not good. Undercooked. Cold. Impossible to get reservations in their nicer restaurants and when we did, service and food was not great. The only benefit this hotel has is that is next to the park xcaret but other than that, I would not recommend it their goal is to sell you timeshare"

Ocean Riviera Paradise All Inclusive

"On the first day we arrived we noticed the bed was broken and also the shower door. We immediately let the front desk know about it but nothing was ever done. If you are not a privileged member everything costs extra. Room service , housekeeping, etc. Only 1 restaurant reservation per 7 days. Only 1 buffet available. Lots of pressure to upgrade to “Privilege membership “ and if you’re not interested, then you get excluded from everything and staff becomes rude. Oh, and I got food poisoning. I won’t be going back to this resort and would not recommend to anyone I care about."
