"The resort was impeccably clean, and it was evident that the staff worked very hard every day to maintain the property. The food was enjoyable, with a wide variety of options available, making it easy to find something different at each meal. One downside was that many of the on-site games and attractions, including the water park, required an additional fee and were not included in the cost of staying at the resort. The complimentary non-motorized water activities, such as the sailing boats, had very limited availability and were often fully booked, making them difficult to enjoy. During my stay, I experienced an incident involving a staff member. I was very impressed with how quickly and professionally upper management responded. They addressed the situation promptly and went above and beyond by upgrading my accommodations, which demonstrated their commitment to guest satisfaction. Overall, my seven-day stay was wonderful. Despite the high humidity each day, I had a great experience and would consider returning in the future."
