we come stay here at least 3 times a year . always get experience. the staff that we see Sinthia , Vincente, Gustavo and sergio and Ellie at desk are always so pleasant and helpful. we recommend this place to friends and family

Il était pourtant écrit internet disponibles, mais pas dans la chambre. Ça été un irritant majeur. l'Internet du lobby et du bar pas stable..nous y avons fait une journée de travail en virtuel et ça coupait souvent. Par la suite, j'ai demandé si je pouvais avoir stationnement pour la moto loué, on m'a répondu non quand ma chambre donne sur le stationnement presque toujours vide en arrière... Bien situé, belle vue sur la mer, déjeuner inclus était pas très variés...mais bon tout de même.

We had great ocean view. There is no beach near by. It is mostly docking area with rocks. So called beach about 2 miles away is rocky too and not beach at all. Food is very expensive and mostly Mexican. But, I did find two amazing Italian and one Indian restaurant. Very aggressive to get Tips in motel, market and all around. Not much help to guide to get there from Cancun airport, what to do around, etc. Visited two best snorkeling spots. Nothing impressive with quality of corral and sea life. Only one kind of fish was there as they were feeding them to take pictures to sell you. This is the place if you want to walk on ocean line and shop in a very safe environment. Not for beach, swimming, or snorkeling. Wi-fi is OK not good to work remotely. Very small Swimming pool is good for 5-6 children to play, not for adults.

The room was clean, bed comfortable. Nice view, though more obstructed than I expected. The staff were very annoyed- I didn’t feel particularly welcomed. Even at checkout, there was no conversation about how our stay was. When I asked for things like an extra blanket I was met with annoyance. The bartender was nice, when she was around, which wasn’t much. No washcloths provided, which I found odd. It is very very loud at night which is to be expected downtown, and to be fair the door kept the noise pretty low all things considered. I wouldn’t go back mostly bc I felt awkward the entire trip and I even speak Spanish so it’s not like I expected anything crazy in terms of communication. I still wonder if it was cultural expectations based on an American hotel. They weren’t hostile- but they were not accommodating. If you want to be downtown with easy access to everything- and a clean hotel with a decent breakfast, this is a fine choice.

This property is listed as a four star hotel and it is not. It does not have all the amenities a four star hotel should have and it hasn’t been maintained up to that standard. I don’t completely dislike the hotel as it was clean and had good AC, but staff could’ve been friendlier and they were not. The pool is extremely small and poorly situated. You can’t enjoy the ocean view because right below it it’s a busy street full of smoke and noise. No beach access at all. No parking either. The kids couldn’t play in pool without splashing bar area for which the bar tender unkindly noted it. The best rate and price should be no higher than a 3 star. There’s a lot of noise as it’s situated on a Main Street. The terrace view is awful. The breakfast was decent but still not nearly close to a 4 star. I really don’t like being deceived by the wrong hotel rating. The rooms were poorly stocked with only 2 towels and a miniature shampoo bottle for a stay of four. So do not pay the rate of a 4 star hotel for this hotel.

The hotel has a lovely lobby, pool area, bar and balcony. You are on the main street but a level up and that keeps it quiet and enables a great view. The most memorable part of the experience is the buffet breakfast every morning. There is a large staff busily preparing food to order every morning. I was partricularly impressed by Sinthia who is one of the buffet managers for the hotel. We had a lovely stay.

Room staff were amazing. Our room was always cleaned when we wanted. If we didn't want it cleaned we left DND card on the door. Breakfast was OK. We were close enough to to several restaurants that had really good breakfasts....so we skipped the hotel breakfast several times. Would definitely recommend this hotel. The pool is pretty small so if you like to swim, you may want pick a different place.

We started our stay in an Ocean front room which had the most fabulous, large deck facing the ocean and main street. It was perfect for watching the Carnival parades. Our last night we had to move which the staff made seamless. Our second room was pretty much the same except the deck was smaller but we could still see part of the ocean and a little of the parade route. What made it a little disappointing was the fact there weren't any robes and we had half the TV channels, the English ones were gone. I would highly recommend this Hotel and if you want an Ocean front room book well inadvance.
