En cuanto a servicios poner calderas para la alberca, no es posible que siendo hotel 5 estrellas no contemplen calentar el agua para la época de frío (nadie se metía a las albercas), en cuanto a habitación supuestamente están remodeladas pero los wc tambalean y acabados finos les fallan en los detalles de madera, los restaurantes para cenar se llenan muy pronto y los horarios del buffet son reducidos, uno viene de vacaciones a descansar y no a estar corriendo para alcanzar comida. Las actividades nocturnas podrían mejorar o al menos que duren un poco más. En cuanto a comida podrían colocar de la región o al menos más pescados y mariscos todo está muy enfocado a comida para estadounidenses. Tomar mejores precauciones para las remodelaciones, poner tapiales decentes y no solo malla sombra, y poner mayor atención a la explicación de las ubicaciones dentro del hotel, uno tiene que andar ahí descubriendo dónde están las cosas. La aplicación para ver actividades y reservas es un poco lenta y complicada, sobre todo para reservaciones en los restaurantes.

Resort was under construction. I had to switch rooms when I arrived because of bugs. Chose this resort for them advertising vegetarian options; however, they barely had any. That said, the staff made the experience, and I will gladly return when construction is over.

We loved our experience here. The resort was newly renovated, rooms were modern and well maintained. Enjoyed the buffet, really enjoyed the Mexican food (tamales, plantain, etc. ) and LOVED the make-your-own chievche bar (so fresh). The bartenders at the Le Fleur/Steakhouse were incredible (such high quality personalized cocktails and an unexpected show) these bartenders really made it a one of kind experience. The riviara hotel part is still under construction but it didn't effect our experience much. Really appreciated the hotel trams that drove you directly to your hotel rooms from the lobby or beach. The beach was a little eroded and a bit seaweedy but we still had a great time lounging by the beach. 100% would be excited to go back.

I did not enjoy my stay at this resort. 1. They don’t offer an airport shuttle so you have to find your own transportation 2. The resort is currently under construction and a lot of the pools and restaurants weren’t open, and they had a lot of the buildings covered up on the outside with wood and netting. It looked a mess! 3. A lot of the pool tiles were coming off 4. People were constantly trying to sell us stuff the entire time 5. Our shower was constantly leaking and the fixtures were poorly installed 6.The concierge never brought us more wash cloths that we requested. I would not recommend this place to anyone, completely ruined my birthday!

New lights on sensors are terrible. Lights went on everytime you used the bathroom at night, waking up everyone else. Showers after upgrade are worse. Floors very slippery. Need a non slip bath mat inside the stall. They removed the cut out in the wall to put ur shampoo, soap etc. Now had to all go on the floors. Those of us with bad backs, that was awful. Beach was eroded and horrible. So much stinky sargassum. Buffets were much better quality of food tho. Upgrades in there feel more like a restaurant rather than a cafeteria. Terribly noisy during construction. All in all after 3 times....likley not to return. While the rooms looked updated, too many insufficiencies.

We stayed at this family/couple friendly resort for two weeks, and everything was amazing from start to finish. From the moment we arrived until checkout, the service was exceptional. The staff were professional, attentive, and consistently welcoming. The buffet for breakfast, lunch, and dinner was always excellent and well-maintained. While some of the à la carte restaurants were hit or miss, there were plenty of great options available, so it was never an issue. Overall, my partner and I had a fantastic stay for our 3 year anniversary and would happily recommend this resort to anyone traveling from anywhere in the world.

Perfect i enjoy the hospitality the food drinks and everything around the only thing if you want to go out and visit some places they don't provide that so i got someone that i paid to show me around and its difficult to get into the hotel don't ask me why but overall i had a great time Gracias Mexico 🇲🇽

The resort itself is gorgeous. The grounds are well kept, plenty of pool space, chairs, bar options. Staff are friendly and attentive. Our rooms were really quite stunning. We were down near the pool closest to the beach. While it is a walk to the main dining area, we did not mind and there is a shuttle for those not wanting to walk. There could have been clearer instructions on using the room A/C and housekeeping keypads. We also had to request mini bar refresh vs having it done with housekeeping. But generally, the resort is one I would choose to return to. Except for the food. I have low expectations of buffet food at all inclusive resorts but usually you can expect that the specialty, reservation only, restaurants are decent. We found both the buffet and restaurant options to be pretty poor. The buffet items were often mislabeled, of varying temperature and not particularly appetizing. We visited three of the specialty restaurants and would only potentially return to the Hacienda (mexican). The Italian one - I ordered a pizza and it was essentially uncooked in the middle and bland. My friend ordered gnocchi and it was edible but not flavorful. We also tried the Grill. My friend ordered a steak, medium rare, and it was so tough he could barely cut it. I ordered jerk chicken and was expecting a breast. The dish was three breaded thighs, deep dried and covered in a sweet sauce. There were also things that were not open. This was mid January though.

Tons of wildlife on the grounds - Coati, agouti, iguanas, etc.

A equipe é muito simpática, excelente, o quarto é maravilhoso, enorme. Entretanto, acredito que por ser inverno, o bar da praia estava fechado… os restaurantes são ótimos, a churrascaria e o La Fleur.

We weren’t able to eat dinner at any of the restaurants because it was by reservation only and we couldn’t reserve a table before checking in. The food quality was not great at the buffet or sports bar - especially for a “5 star” resort - I am not sure I would expect that quality from a 2 star. The staff we interacted with were all lovely otherwise. We would not return.
