Pool snack bar staff was extremely slow and unfriendly. Took more than an hour to get my chips and guacamole. It finally came with 8 chips and a tablespoon of guac. Beautiful location but the beds were hard as plywood and staff was the worst of all places we have stayed in Mexico (6).

Room cleaned daily, inconsistent replacement of water, Kleenex, towels on arrival requested room change related to elevated bathtub/shower needed to climb up into which was a safety hazard for my husband and I. Told to return next day at noon for an available room. Did this and told to return at 3pm, at that time then told no rooms available when my niece had just checked into a room with a walk in shower. Overall the cleanliness of facility was fair, areas with mold, reusing paper cups at bars? Staff is friendly and helpful. Food is good. Location is good proximity to town.

This resort was exactly what I had hoped for, clean rooms and pool, great food and quality drinks everyday for our 7 day stay. The staff might have been the best part of the experience, they truly did what they could every time we interacted with them to ensure we were happy with whatever we had going on. They had several excursion guides to help us make plans if we wanted to leave the resort and do most anything. Oceanside access was beautiful, on property snorkeling was spectacular, and everyday they posted signage for the days activities around the pool area, including a few fairly major shows after dinner time on a stage near the pool. There was literally always something fun to do going on. This is a Scuba resort and we didn't stay here to scuba dive, but many happy people were. If I go back to Cozumel, I'll plan to stay here again. We loved it.

Our 28th, and sadly, final stay at this property. Staff is still amazing, but the owner's penny pinching and baffling decision making is really starting to wear thin. Examples... When here in December, we noticed the absence of any seafood. No mussels or shrimp. We assumed it was because of the off season. In Feb (high season) still none. Bar was always running out of their most basic liquor [Bacardi). We watched the "Captain" bring a bottle to the pool bar so we tried to order one and were told that they were not allowed to open it til they were given permission.Wifi is still non-existent outside of the lobby. They still have the silly hammocks installed in rooms, but no dressers. The pool, once the most beautiful on the island, is completely falling apart. I get that this is a "budget friendly" resort, but after watching the decline over our past 4 stays, we feel that it's time to move on.

Not bad food but not great. Okay for a budget All-inclusive but don't expect too much. The bed was comfortable. Poolside bar and food service was understaffed. Long waits.

It was a beautiful resort. My only problem was the shower/bathtub had a climb in it and climb out ,careful not to fall and then there was water coming through the tile. The showerhead dripped. Sorry to say the place is falling apart, but other than that, the staff was wonderful.

Chambre immense avec hamac, très propre; piscine magnifique. La plage aménagée était superbe et on plongeait directement près des coraux avec plein de poissons différents. J’ai adoré cet hôtel et sa beauté. Beaucoup d’activités étaient proposées autour de la piscine toute la journée et des spectacles le soir. Le buffet était très diversifié. Extraordinaire!!!

The pool was very nice but is in need of work. Tiles coming off and tiles missing. Paint around the pool comes off on your bathing suit or back of your thighs. Rooms are clean but dated. Staff the majority are very nice.

Rooms and property are clean. Property needs updating. Rooms very plain and dressers drawers were broken. Some of the staff were friendly, especially the pool staff. We were a group of 10 and one room has to request a dresser. Wash cloths are not provided and had to be requested. Requested from the front desk but had to track down our room attendant to get them. Food was not hot and nothing to brag about.

Everything was so clean, staff so friendly. Little dated, but still worth the money. Breakfast was great… dinners were ok… could use improvement…. But would still go back. Center of town only a mile away… worth the walk and restaurants were great!

The employees were fine the problem is the facility pictures are not the way we found the resort. The place is a snorkel and scuba divers resort which we are not... they all seemed to be enjoying their stay. To get to the restaurant you have to cross the street... my wife and I were looking for a beach where you can walk into the water and you can't because of the rocks. We arrived in time for lunch and the food was not good and not even closely the same as described or portrayed in photos.

This was our first visit to Cozumel Hotel & Resort. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The food is so-so. They had a beach BarBQ one day by the ocean and that was very good. The beach is clean but small. Easy access to the ocean for snorkeling. Overall we enjoyed our vacation.

The room smelled. The fixtures were old and rusty in the bathroom. The bathtub was filthy. I checked out the next day and flew back home. I wasn’t offered another room or upgrade.

The location was great, it was close enough to town that we could walk. It was also close to the light house and car ferry. I especially loved the natuarl pool. I was able to snorkel & even ventured out past the enclosed pool and saw so much marine life.
