"Everything are excellent. Really good location in Playa del Carmen. Very clean and super friendly. Hotel bar very cozy and bartender Pavel are super nicely. Bar beverages and cocktails not expensive than other restaurants price. Highly recommended."

"We liked our stay here. The pools, the property, and our rooms were clean. The staff are very friendly and nice. Two things that we were not thrilled about the drinking water and the dining options. They do not offer closed secure water bottles to drink, rather they recycle their own water and put it in glass bottles. That was the only option for drinking water (which tasted like tap water). We were there for our baby moon and I didn’t feel safe drinking the water at the property so we ended up...
