The AC mini split is right above the bed and was leaking right on our head. There were no soaps in the bathroom and none in the kitchen. The water gets turned off in the morning. We had a morning flight put and were leaving the condo at 5 am. We were not able to wash our hands or brush our teeth. Condo location is good, few steps to ADO which us convenient.

I wanted a hotel that was relaxing and away from the busyness of Quinta Avenida. This hotel was a great location and the rooms were immaculate. Great bonus if you want kitchenette features. The pool and rooftop facilities need a little love but otherwise, hotel was everything I needed.

No ponen jabón ni nada solo 1 !! Toallas viejas y percudidas , estacionamiento súper peligroso no se puede usar golpea autos y sucio .. almohadas pésimas y me cobraron que día que desmanchar las toallas y un cobertor lleno de tierra supongo que la habitación con el rose se piso y que yo lo manche … las toallas me decían que me cobran porque use y manche… no medieron recibo . Recibo de ese cobro obvio es su negocio interno … Ubicación muy buena atención de la mayoría buena excepto de la grosera del final … que te cobra extra limpieza ..

The hotel is very well located. It's walking distance to the bus station and main street, at the same time is far from the noise and crowds. The rooms have everything needed, clean and spacious. The pool on the roof is something very special.

This a great place to stay away from the noise from the main downtown area. The hotel was nice overall, just might need to upgrade small cosmetic staff as shower head in the bathroom which is not that costly. The receptionist was sweet and helpful. It has a stove, refrigerator and microwave. Perfect if you are staying longer and want to cook. Is next to Walmart so pretty convenient for shopping for food and next to a great taco place and other food restaurants. I will definitely recommended this place for the price!

The hotel is modern, and rooms are nice and comfortable. The area is quiet, there is no noise from bars or shops. The pool on the rooftop is just great, I enjoyed it a lot

The property was okay. The toilet leaked and I was told by the reception staff that all tissue and toilet paper had to be disposed of in the garbage - no paper of any kind could be flushed. Wasn't expecting that. There wasn't much provided in the way of amenities - shampoo but no conditioner, no hand soap, body wash, dish soap, etc., and had to use some of the towels to prevent the leaked water from the toilet from getting too far into the hall. Having said all that, the staff were pleasant enough, the room and the property itself was clean, and not noisy, and I felt like I was really in the heart of the city, with wonderful shops, spas, restaurants, etc., all within walking distance. A very walkable area, for sure - I didn't take a single bus or cab anywhere, which was awesome.

Es un hotel muy lindo y moderno, las habitaciones son amplias, acogedoras y muy bonitas. La terraza con alberca es muy linda y grande también, el único detalle es que está en pleno sol y las mallas que se muestran en las fotos no estaban bien puestas. La ubicación está genial porque está muy cerca de todo, a 2 cuadras de la 5ta avenida.

Great location! The pros - the king bed was comfortable, unit was clean, the blackout blinds were perfect, it’s located around the corner from Walmart and the Ado bus station, and the main areas of Playa are all very walkable. Cons - Venue is a little dated, the hot water was hot but only a trickle, and the kitchenette was lacking a lot of items. We were there for 4 days, and it was fine our stay.
