「We had a great stay at Hotel Plaza Cozumel. The location was walkable to restaurants, shopping, the waterfront, the ferry and the downtown park. The staff was wonderful and friendly. The breakfast was awesome every morning! Would definitely stay here again!」

「Sent to different hotel with no notice! The place we stayed at was worth every bit of the trip. They closed our location for renovations and hotels.com didn't tell us. Our friend who picked us up at airport found out. But, The Colonial Suites was everything we wanted and close to everything!」

「The good: Affordable, clean, modern design and close to the restaurants, etc. The bad: It is NOT beach front. There is a beach view but it’s across the street and there is no beach access. Also NO restaurant. 」

「The view of the ocean was worth the cost of the hotel for sure, and everything was clean. The tv however was tiny and unusable, and there was no internet in the room which was quite inconvenient. They charged an extra $30 cash for island tax, and charged me extra to store my valuables at the front desk because they don’t have safes/ boxes, and they have several signs posted about not leaving valuables in the room when you leave because they’re not liable for theft.」

「A lovely place to stay. Everything we needed was available. The grounds were like a little oassis. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.」

「Property was very clean, but tired, pool was shut down because of algae blooms just before we arrived and then opened back up. Pepe was one of the activity directors! Great! They had free bikes. Rode bikes and walked into town a lot. Breakfast was always good. Need to control the birds better. They would eat your food if you weren’t sitting at the table.」
