「Staff is great, place was clean. The room had ac/heat (nights are a bit cold 17/19c) and there was hot water for thee showers 4 stars only because I didn’t really enjoy the restaurant food. Drinks were good though The beach is about 5 min walk from the front desk and there are beach chairs for rent and well as a couple of restaurants Overall a really nice place stay」

「Pros-The hotel is a small boutique hotel.It has a fantastic setting.The beach is beautiful and you are able to see the sunrise from the beach.the loungers are sufficient.The beach club and rooftop restaurant have a good selection of food.The staff specially Ann at reception were hardworking and friendly.The system of contacting them through WhatsApp works wonderfully and they get the job done immediately.they organised taxis etc and organised a wonderful New Year’s party.The decorations were...

「This is our second stay at an El Dorado Resort and we will definitely be going back. One year ago we stayed at the El Dorado Royale, and that property had three resorts on it - beautiful, but a lot of walking. The El Dorado Maroma had a much better beach, but the property with the Royale and the Casitas had more pools. We enjoyed that this resort was smaller and had less people, but still had all the great restaurants, entertaining shows, and the staff went out of their way to get us whatever...

「酒店位于海滩有4-5个街区，步行10分钟后，远了一点。我入住的那天，在公共区域可以连上酒店的wifi，房间信号满格，但就是无法连上wifi。前台非常敬业，想了很多办法，可惜最后还是没能解决。当然，问题并不在前台。希望酒店加强管理，不要让这一问题影响自己的声誉。」

「All of the staff are fantastic, very calm, friendly and professional. They have a great balance of being at your service when needed as well as giving you space to enjoy and explore on your own. While the space was smaller and older than expected from the photos, it was clean, quaint and a great venue to relax and recharge in. The excellence of the hosting staff/concierges and cleaning women cannot be stressed enough, great folks who do their jobs well. The location is also a huge advantage....
