Staff was wonderful! The rooms needed updated. The beach was nice but alot of seaweed. Breakfast was nice and enjoyed the Italian restaurant. Not a lot to do for teenagers especially in the evenings.

We had an amazing vacation at Dreams Aventuras Playa del Carmen. What made the experience even more memorable was the staff, who went above and beyond the typical all-inclusive service. From Emilio, our concierge, to Amado and Jazi, the bartenders at the Preferred restaurant; Roberto at the pool and cabanas; and Katya and Karen serving drinks and food—everyone was incredibly kind, professional, and always smiling. The hotel’s location is excellent, and we enjoyed beautiful weather throughout our stay. We would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel.

Fantastic week at Dreams. Rooms were spacious, clean and well stocked. Rooms service was quick and staff were so kind and attentive. We particularly enjoyed the non stop fun and activities from sun up to sun down. The activities team was so much fun! À la carte breakfast lunch and dinner without the need for reservations was a huge bonus! Will definitely go back again.

Our was clean and updated. We have an amount of preferred time which was bigger and more private than those on the ocean side. The property was beautiful. Not very accessible for those in a wheelchair or a scooter. The staff were great. We did have different experiences with staff at different restaurants.

The whole experience was amazing! Special shout out to the following staff who made our experience extra special: Jazi, Emilio, Elita, Isaac, Cruz :) The preferred club and all it's perks are definitely worth it. The pool is nice and quiet on that side, and the preferred lounge & Oceana restaurant access are completely worth it. We can't wait to go back!
