「This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room'...

「In my personal opinion. Upgrading was not worth it. I have stayed in both the regular room and the upgraded room. No difference. Also, the drinks were the same. The “better liquor” was not used. The color of wristband did not matter. So save your money for something else.」

「Rooms are not luxurious by no means, but they are adequate and comfortable. A/C worked well. Zero complaints really. Snorkeling from the beach was great! Food wasn’t great but was comparable to most resorts, however, it did lack “change.” We were there 9 days and the buffets were pretty much exactly the same every day. They had variety, but it was boring. Nothing to complain about though. It was fine. Did enjoy the taco stand daily though!」
