「This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room'...

「Me paso algo muy honesto de resaltar en este hotel. Nos contrataron un taxi para llevarnos al aeropuerto y olvidé un sombrero , me comunique al hotel al darme cuenta y en 2 hrs me marcaron para notificarme que ahi lo tenían. Sombrero con gran valor sentimental , muchas gracias.」

「Excellent place to stay in Playa Del Carmen. The room was perfect with excellent WiFi. The place is near enough all the action and just far enough not to be disturbed. The place is very quiet with a nice pool on the roof and gym. The staff is very friendly and always there to assist. The staff is present 24hrs in the lobby which makes the place very secure. The parking was easily available either outside on private zone or inside in the underground garage with plenty of space. We can even lock...
