Property was great and staff on Family selection side was amazing. But, once you got to Colonial area majority of staff was not as friendly except for Lizardo, (He was Amazing). Bell men acted as if we were bothering them when we needed a cart ride to the other side of property. Poseidon restaurant was absolutely terrible and got two of us sick. We had two bites of our dinner and left. Ana our butler service agent was out of this world amazing and honestly made our stay amazing.

We had a blast at the family selection pool with the service of Maria and Lizbeth. The beach bar had great premium service. The areas are massive so be prepared to walk. Lots of shuttles are available though. Food was excellent at every restaurant we went to (Italian, Steakhouse, Bamboo, The Nest, French @ TRS).

We had a fantastic time at this resort. The resort was clean and modern, one of the nicest we’ve stayed at. The rooms were spacious and cleaned daily. The Family Selection was worth the upgrade as the additional amenities and butler service made the trip truly unforgettable.

Chambre propre, personnelle très à l’écoute, transats et serviettes de plage toujours disponibles. Très bon service et ambiance dans le secteur famille. Seul bémol : il y avait énormément d’algues sur la plage. Ces dernières ne semblaient pas être ramassées ce qui était problématique pour atteindre l’eau car il fallait marcher dedans. En plus, ces dernières sentaient extrêmement mauvais.

The family selection swim up bar was a huge hit amongst the kids! The staff were fantastic and went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed. We loved everything about our stay at this resort.

it was a great experience, Staff was extraordinary. Hotel was so large and had great amenities like gym, sport center with many tennis courts, football field, etc.. Many restaurants with different options. Some staff deserves to mention, our guest service managers, Maximiliano, Kiyoshi, Erick. Family Selection beach staff, Israel, and Jose, and most importantly the Churchill liqueur bar staff Alexander and the other guy, mixologist. They are the best. Enjoying different cocktails at the Churchill bar after the dinner was the one of the best part of our vacation.

This was a beautiful and clean resort. Their pools were amazing, the sports facilities were the best I've ever seen, and the beach was good as there was plenty of lounge chairs. However, the Family Select option is a must as it gives you access to all 4 resorts, a renovated room, and a private beach area. Unfortunately, there was too much seaweed and we had money stolen from our room.

Our family just returned from an incredible stay at this all-inclusive resort in Mexico, and it was easily one of the best vacation experiences we’ve ever had. We traveled as a group of 11—adults and kids—and everything from start to finish exceeded our expectations. The food was fantastic, the rooms were comfortable and spotless, and the entire property was beautifully maintained. The staff truly made the trip special with their attentiveness and kindness. A huge shout out to Carlos and Aldo from the Travel Club, who were so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, and to Ali Garduno from Concierge, who went above and beyond to make sure our group had everything we needed. There is a lot to do at this resort, other than spending time at the beach or the pool. However, we enjoyed the beach the most. We liked the warm wind and sound of the surf. There are lots of cabanas for shade. The chairs are not lined up like other resorts. All the staff are very kind. Ali at concierge was very professional and kind. Our room was very nice. We liked the garden view. The covered walk ways were pleasant. We played pickleball every morning. Our grandkids never had a dull moment.

Service around the pools and restaurants was great. We found the butler service a little subpar to what we expected going into the trip. Seemed difficult to get confirmation on dinner bookings.

They had so many staff working in all areas of the resort to provide cleanliness, grounds maintenance, entertainment for adults and kids, service at restaurants and bars. It was a great location, lots to do, tons of activities for kids, especially in the Family Selection area. The pools were great. Lots of chairs at pool and beach. The beach was great, however, as the winds increased over our stay the seaweed started coming in. Again they had staff working hard to clear it, but it was getting unmanageable. I don’t think they could do more than they already were in dealing with that. Overall it was a great experience! Food was great!

We just spent a week at the Grand Palladium Kantenah side and had an amazing time. From the moment we arrived, the property felt like a true tropical escape. The resort is huge, beautifully maintained, and surrounded by lush jungle, wildlife, and stunning coastline. Walking around the grounds you constantly see iguanas, agoutis, and tropical birds which made the whole place feel really unique compared to many resorts. The food was great. With so many restaurants to choose from, it never felt repetitive. The buffets were excellent too. The cocktails were also consistently good. We had the VIP package so ordering top shelf Tequila was an awesome addition. The staff really made the experience stand out. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and clearly working hard to make sure guests had a great stay. Service at the bars and restaurants was quick and attentive throughout the week. We will be back!

The staff was great in general, specially Israel at the beach was a great help. He was super nice and available for any issues! I recommend to reach him out in case you are in need of a quick help.

The family pool is way too deep to be enjoyable (1m60) and I assume it stays cool because of this depth. Food is excellent. Staff is great, only complaint is it takes forever to get a coffee in the morning… or it’s cold. Just a personal pet peeve at breakfast. Beach was swarmed by seaweed but that’s not under the hotels control.
