The perfect vacation! This was my second trip to Riviera Maya, MX and we will continue to go back and we’ll probably continue to stay at the Grand Palladium Hotel Resort & Spa. It’s too wonderful to go anywhere else!!

The beach is unmatched. The rooms are very nice. Could use more lighting especially in the bathroom. The bathroom did not have an air vent or a lock on the door. Room was good, needs a bit of updating though. Didn't like the food at all, especially pastries and bread Pastries were not fresh even at breakfast buffet, taste like sponge. Service was great.

For the price and the star rating, it wasn't worth it. Even the salt water pool was gross and not swimmable.
