This resort is the adult only section in a large property that contains four resorts called the Palladium group. It is marketed it as an adult only resort, but we saw a good amount of kids the entire time. The room was the best part about our stay, they even serviced our room twice a day. The property was quite picturesque, almost too large. It’s about a 30 minute walk to the beach, which I find pretty ridiculous. There are golf carts that take you everywhere, and can be requested through an app. Sometimes it takes longer to wait for the golf carts then to just walk there. The food and restaurants were the biggest letdown of the trip. I traveled with a group of seven and the team here at TRS barely accommodated for us. At first, they were telling us we would have to eat separately, which is nowhere on their website. The food quality was just all right, with some items being completely inedible. Both of the TRS pools were beautiful, but the drink service was slower than other resorts we’ve been to. All of the bars were well stocked, with higher quality liquor than any of the other properties adjacent to TRS. We did enjoy the spa, which was as good if not better than many all-inclusive resorts. Overall, I would say I had an all right experience, please make sure to request more information before booking from the resort.

Infinity pool was relaxing, but don't expect a lively experience and no swim up bar was dissapointing. I purchased the Jr. Suite in Villa 61 and location was great but not worth the increased price for a mini-pool you won't really use. E-Butler was onhand for all your needs and room stocked constantly. No beach to really speak of and seawood was alot and stinky. Food was better at buffets than the restaurants requiring reservations.

Beautiful landscaped resort, very clean and very friendly staff. The decor leans modern sexy, which we thought came off as dated, and cold, but still comfortable. New furniture and lighting in restaurants and lobby would be a positive change. Fragrance in main lobby smells cheap and artificial. Awful walking through there. Please change. Depending on type of package you booked, you can access all the palladium resorts adjacent to TRS. This was a plus as you can try other pools, lounges, restaurants etc. albeit the other resorts are family friendly, only TRS is adults only. Our only issue we experienced was when we purchased the upgrade for $450USD, it was our understanding that we were able to use any and all pool cabanas at any property. Twice we were stopped and told we had to pay for use of cabanas that were front row pool or front row ocean view. We felt that was not clear and not worth the upgrade. Chic Cabaret is an excellent, professional singing and dance show. Well worth it. The shows at the other properties are not the same caliber as shows and activities at the TRS resort. Food at all the properties were very good, excellent sanitation and presentation. TRS has the best restaurants. Outdoor breakfast at Helios, El Gaucho and Le Boheme for dinners were exceptional. Our only wish is there were more daily evening activities. Chic cabaret and Bingo, both events you have to pay for only show on certain days. The days without shows, you are left with nothing to do.

We had an excellent 10-day stay at TRS Yucatán in Mexico. From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional — the resort, the food, the atmosphere, and especially the staff. The service throughout our stay was outstanding. Every member of the team was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making sure guests had the best experience possible. A special mention has to go to our butler, Moses. He was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he went above and beyond to make our stay smooth and enjoyable. His attention to detail, kindness, and professionalism really made our holiday extra special. We truly had a fantastic time and would highly recommend TRS Yucatán to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway. We would definitely love to return.

Beautiful location and a wonderful resort, but what truly made our trip special was the incredible staff. Daniela and the entire team at the tequila tasting were fantastic—they made the experience both fun and informative. Another highlight was Islas, who picked us up from the TRS lobby in a golf cart. He gave us a mini tour of the resort, pointing out notable locations along the way and even took some wonderful photos of us. What could have been a simple ride back to our villa turned into a truly memorable experience. We also had a couples massage at the spa with Viviana and Beatriz, and they were amazing. The experience was incredibly relaxing, and they were both so warm and hospitable while giving excellent massages. Lastly, our butlers, Jesus and George, were always helpful and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay.

Everything was incredible. I’ve stayed at a lot of resorts and this was top two. The staff is so attentive and friendly. The food was delicious no matter which place you ate at. I would stay here again.

The staff are super accommodating in any way possible. They always went above and beyond for making hard to find reservations, helping with the room needs outside the hours, making personal recommendations for the area attractions, etc. The resort is beautiful and is sprawling (includes 5 different resorts, with one being your primary). They have great shows and great options for dining or snacking or relaxing. Excellent and fun workout activities. Would go back again.

The rooms were nearly spotless and the staff went above and beyond to respond to my and my guest's requests. The issues I did have were with the initial information provided by the resort staff regarding the military action being taken by the Mexican authorities to suppress the attacks of the cartels located throughout Mexico including in Quintana Roo where the TRS Yucatan hotel was located. Initially there was a lack of information which lead to anxiety and fear of what was ocurring outside the resorts property. The staff did provide more information after I made a direct requests for information from the hotel staff. This was quickly provided when two supervisors put me and my guest at ease reassuring us that the situation had been controlled when they visited my room to inform us in person. I felt this information could have been provided in a quicker and more efficient manner but in the end the two hotel supervisors who visited my room to provide this information did respond and were attentive to our requests. My only issue was that they should have been more proactive providing this information without guests having to have requested it from them. This could have been managed in a better way in my opinion. This is not so much a complaint but more of a recommendation so that the hotel improves their communication for matters such as this one in the event something like this ever repeats itself.
