Chikinha Cenote Tours

Great property, great staff! Absolutely loved our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our rooftop plung pool. It seemed the resort was at a lower capacity so we could freely walk into any restaurant or to any bar with little to no wait. I’m not sure if this would be the case if the rooms were all booked up. We felt like royalty during our stay because of our butler Chris who always made sure we had everything we wanted. I would 100% recommend this resort even if you didn’t upgrade your room or to the club.

I really liked this hotel and the comfort it provides is unmatched. Every one of the staff members is really attentive and nice. The only reason I’m giving it 4 starts instead of 5 is the food. Out of all the restaurants around this hotel, just one met my expectations.
