"We loved our stay here. Villas El Encanto is located in a quiet residential area with lots of lovely bakery and breakfast options nearby. Our accommodation was excellent. 5 of us (incl 3 teenagers) stayed in a very cool and comfortable family cabin with filtered water and a fully equipped kitchen area. We enjoyed the pool area as well as the pretty garden. Thank you so much for a lovely stay - the kids were very sad to say goodbye to the dogs :-)"

"Propeety grounds were beautiful. Our upstairs room (# 1523) stayed cool, but I heard of others having a hard time getting their room to cool off. The food was nothing to brag about. We didnt go hungry, but it was not good. The dinner buffet was comparable to Wester Sizzlin's worst day. The lunch buffet was not very good either. The breakfast buffet was the best of the three. For their "specialty" restaurants, you are only allowed one meal for every three days stay. Reserve those as soon as you can! We waited a couple of days and were only able to reserve the Mexican restaurant. It was okay, no complaints on it. We heard the Oriental restaurant was really good, but they didnt have any availability when we went to reserve the restaurants. (Aagain, reserve your restaurant ASAP). The taco stand across the road and down a little bit was AMAZING! FOOD WAS VERY GOOD! I would highly recommend going there. The place is a little sketchy looking, and we seen a bat flying around inside, but the food was good! Haha! This would be a perfect place for little kids (minus the food situation), as the pools, and games that they do throughout the day, were great. If you are a diver, the location is great as well. They have a peer that the dive boats can pick you up from. There is a per day, per person fee to use the dock. One day we went and it was a $5.00 per person, another day it was $15 per person. These fees are in addition to the "excursion" that you are doing. 3 out of 5 stars"

"Our recent stay at Private Paradise Villa was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warmth and professionalism. Our kids had an absolute blast with the game theater, it kept them entertained and happy. Meanwhile, my spouse and I relished the time to relax by the infinity pool, indulge in spa treatments, and savor gourmet meals. One of the activity highlights was the private catamaran we booked through the resort. The attention to detail is impeccable. From personalized service to the immaculate grounds and facilities, every aspect of our stay was thoughtfully curated. The staff went above and beyond. Definitely looking to come back next year with extended family. "
