The food at the beach bar was good, but the service was hit or miss with high prices. 」

「Overall not a bad place to stay for the price you pay. The location is across the street from the sea, but NOT on the sea. In Cozumel in general, in order to get in the water you either have to pay at a beach club (20$ entry fee) or find some suspicious other area that doesn’t have an entry fee. Therefore, choosing a hotel with beach/sea access would be a better choice if that’s what you plan to do in Cozumel. The room was clean. The balcony was okay, the view is the doors to other hotel rooms...

When we did check in they gave us 2 double beds when our res clearly said King. Was then told we had to take what’s available to which i refused. Fridges dont work, patio lights are left on regardless till 930pm. You cannot control the light coming into your room and there is no blackout curtains. Birds in buffet food … 」
