"First let me say this about the property the staff was outstanding the food was pretty good pretty much serve them the same thing every day, a lot of wildlife, what I didn't like about the property it's too far spread out a lot of walking overall out of righteous property at a 7 1/2 8"

"The staff were amazing and the hotel was very nice. The beach is within step of the pool which was so nice. There were two main pools and one splash pad pool for the kids. My daughter had the most amazing time swimming and playing. They had fun events for kids and adults. Great performances in the evening in the outdoor amphitheater. "

"Beautiful view and pools. Shore had a lot of weeds this time but they did have shore rakes going multiple times each day so they definitely were making an effort! Wait staff very friendly. Property is long so just prepare for a bit of walking. Pools split so one side DJ vibe and other pool was quiet and relaxed so you got to pick your vibe. Expedia shuttle service was confusing and we ended up having to pay for a cab back to airport and Expedia couldn't even help us. Expedia shuttle...

"Stayed at Royalton riviera. Place had lots of options for dinner. We were there 5 days. Made it to all the different restaurants and loved all. Went into Cancun down town to shop. Highly recommend. Did the Chichén Itzá tour. Long day but worth it. Very cool to see. Everyone in the resort is very friendly and welcoming. All inclusive is the way to go. Will definitely be back. "

"Everything was close by to each other didn’t have to walk to far to get to anything. I think there should have been more pool area music and more activities for adult. We were provided with VIP access which was nice but a little confusing and misleading. I had $200 worth of coupon that honestly I didn’t even use cause they weren’t taking it any where because we already had a discount. Not sure what’s the point of the coupon if you can’t use it. Our package came with a free bottle of champagne...
