The staff are amazing, so sweet and attentive! We had a wonderful stay at Dreams Natura. The resort is a perfect size, the pools are clean and good sizes. The food is great. Clean rooms , although there are part of the room that need more attention like the bathroom doors and shower doors are in need of repair. However they didnt affect our experience there at all. All the restaurants are decent, especially Portofino. Shout out the Alfredo who make the evening so fun and memorable. My favourite is CoCo cafe, the unlimited softserve and smoothies are so wonderful.

The pool was way over crowded, the “adult only” pool had way too much kids inside. None of the staff cared about the kids in the pool. There was no beach or pool chairs available. People would leave a towel on it to “keep the chair” but staff didn’t care. Room was 3/5, the bed and pillow sheets were stained even when we requested to changed it, it was just a less stained one. But overall besides that the room was pretty nice. Most was really nice and welcoming especially after a tip. The food was 3/5. Some restaurants like hitmisu, the Italian place and the buffet was really nice. Others like blue grill and oceana the food was horrible, slow, unfresh, and the staff just didn’t seem to care, maybe they’ll care after you tip, but they definitely doesn’t deserve any tip.

This place was nice. The food was good and service was always A+. Came for a wedding and the set up was amazing. Amenities were great and the steak house was my favorite. The kids really enjoyed the slides,lazy river and zip line.

Our stay was extremely disappointing from start to finish. I booked and paid through Expedia for two adults and one child, which was clearly confirmed in my reservation. Despite this, the resort claimed my daughter was not included, even after I showed them proof of payment and confirmation. Expedia had to intervene to try to resolve the issue. Check-in was a nightmare, filled with unexpected and hidden fees. To make matters worse, during checkout the staff attempted to charge my credit card again for my daughter, even though this had already been addressed and paid for at check-in. Housekeeping was also an issue—we had to call multiple times just to have our room cleaned, as it was repeatedly neglected. Dining was another major frustration. It was nearly impossible to schedule dinner reservations due to “no availability,” and long wait times were common just to get food. Entertainment was poorly organized, with performance schedules failing to show up at all, leaving guests standing around the lobby with no information or updates. The beach itself was mediocre and did not make up for the overall experience. Between the billing issues, lack of organization, and poor service, this resort did not meet expectations and I would not return.

I give Dreams Natura is a solid “fine.” Every bar and restaurant seemed very understaffed. Evening activities run late and loud, with all rooms in ear-shot of the bass. Getting a restaurant reservation or a pool chair is nearly impossible. Poolside food and service is tough to come by. With that said, the views are beautiful, the pools are nice, the lobby decorations are lovely, and the pool bar staff are always pleasant handling large crowds (often as a single bartender) including a million kids asking for blended drinks. I recommend a swim up room- our kids loved it and it was nice to have a place to swim without the crowd.

Many parts of the hotel seemed old and beaten down. Broken floors , smelly . Thought there would be more things to do at the hotel. Kids got bored quickly. Staff was amazing though and pools were nice .

The rooms were clean, and the all-inclusive package included 24-hour room service. Staff regularly checked in and restocked to make sure nothing was missing, which was a nice touch.

The entire vacation was ruined by the hotel experience. For the first three days after our arrival, the wind was strong, and the hotel’s architectural design itself had serious flaws. I stayed in a corner room on the seventh floor that formed a right angle with the rooms facing directly toward the ocean. Because the balcony door was poorly sealed, the noise from the wind kept our whole family awake all night. When the children moved to a new room, the air conditioner was broken, and the temperature dropped to 65°F. They were so cold that they had to leave the balcony door open, sleeping through unbearable noise. What was supposed to be a relaxing vacation turned into five painful days. The beach was small and short, and the seawater was dirty. Aside from a few swimming pools, there were almost no entertainment facilities. The restaurants were also very hard to reserve. When we finally got bookings at the French and Asian restaurants, we found out they just served food taken from the same buffet—absolutely disappointing. In these five days, apart from eating from the buffet, there was practically nowhere for adults or children to go. The hotel lobby and evening shows were of such poor quality that we couldn’t even finish watching the performances. On top of that, sales staff kept pestering us to attend timeshare membership presentations, and when we refused, they bombarded us with phone calls. I will never book this hotel or any hotel under this brand again. Terrible experie
