I was very disappointed with this hotel. I had 3 rooms. 2 of them had problems with the showers. There is NEVER enough chairs or umbrellas at the pool. People wakes up at 530am to put towels on the chairs to reserve them and evrybody else gets left without them. If you are not an early person DO NOT STAY HERE because you will never be able to get a Chair. They staff are not accomodating to the customers needs. We needed a late check out if 1 extra hour and they reluctantly refused because the room was “sold” even though they said the hotel is at 80% capacity. Another bad thing is that the buffet doesn’t have air conditioner. So anytime you go even Breakfast. You will be sweating. VERY DISSAPOINTED!!

Absolutely horrible! Room smelled like mildew and the staff is extremely nasty when being confronted. Additionally, getting into the property they mandate you to valet your car when it clearly says self parking. The food is nasty and there’s barely anything to do on site. Avoid booking at all costs! They say when you go cheaper you pay twice, which is a perfect example of this.

During our recent stay at the resort, we had a mix of experiences worth noting. While the property itself offers a lovely atmosphere, it's important to highlight that if you're specifically looking for a pristine beach experience, this may not be the best choice. We encountered seaweed on the beach, which came with a strong odor that some might find overwhelming, although one can adapt to it over time. The front desk staff, particularly Eric, provided excellent service, making our check-in process smooth and efficient. When we discovered a broken remote in our room, it was promptly replaced, showcasing the responsiveness of the staff. At the beach bar, bartenders Jonathan and Wilbur crafted some of the best drinks. The lobby bar also stood out, offering top-shelf liquor for those looking to indulge. We found the poolside wait staff, especially Suri, to be friendly and attentive. Dining at Le Pergola was a highlight, with exceptional service from Claudia and Luis. As someone with a gluten allergy, I appreciated the buffet’s diverse offerings and the special meal prepared for me at the Rodeo Grill, tailored to my dietary needs. The resort's entertainment crew provided engaging activities, and a special mention goes to Angel, also known as “Chocolate,” who was particularly entertaining. One afternoon featured a live salsa band, paired with delicious ceviche prepared by renowned chefs. I went with my 14 year old son who said he had fun which says a lot.

Overall this place was a nice stay for 4 days with my family, kid friendly activities and pool side for adults and kids. Service was top notch especially in the lobby bar. Angel (morning shift) and Domingo aka Sunday (evening shift) were the best of the best! Oliver in the pool side was always on top of drinks food etc… Karina in the buffet restaurant was very sweet and fast what you needed. These people deserve a raise! Only wished the beach was cleared from seaweed but other then that it was great place to stay, I’ll be back. 8/10

We recently stayed at Sensira Resort & Spa, and while there were some aspects we appreciated, overall the experience didn’t quite meet our expectations. What we liked: The smaller size of the resort gave it a charming and more intimate feel, which we enjoyed. The resort grounds were well maintained, and the staff were consistently friendly and professional. What didn’t work for us: The food options were quite limited. I was especially disappointed by the lack of a taco station — something I’ve come to expect (and look forward to!) at every Mexican resort I’ve visited. Bar service also felt restricted. The main lobby bar closes at 10:30pm, which is surprisingly early. Most resorts we’ve been to keep the main bar open much later. While the Knights Pub was a nice venue, it also closed by 11pm. The beach was unfortunately unusable due to the overwhelming smell of seaweed from the moment we arrived. I understand this can be seasonal and outside the resort’s control, but it did impact our overall experience. While the resort has some charm, the combination of limited food and drink options, and an unusable beach, means I’m unlikely to stay here again or recommend it to others.

I like all of the amenities the hotel had to offer. A great place to stay if you have children. My son loved the zip line, pools and the mini golf. The a la carte restaurants were great, but the buffet could have a little better variety. Overall a great experience, I would stay there again

Amazing Stay – We Extended Our Trip! Our experience at this resort was so great, we didn’t want to leave—we actually extended our stay by another week! The resort offers excellent amenities, delicious food, and a truly relaxing atmosphere. It was everything we hoped for and more. The only drawback during our stay was that the buffet was frequently closed for lunch and dinner due to the hotel being at lower occupancy. Instead, guests were directed to dine at one of the specialty à la carte restaurants. While the specialty restaurants were high quality and the food was very well prepared, this setup presented two issues: If you're traveling with babies, the buffet tends to be a much better option—it's easier to find kid-friendly choices and without the wait and structure of table service. After a week or more at the resort, rotating through the same 2 specialty restaurants each night can get a bit repetitive, even if the food is good. Guests are still paying full price, and we believe they should have full access to all dining options, including the buffet, regardless of the hotel’s occupancy level. Closing key amenities like the buffet can diminish the guest experience, especially for families. That said, this resort truly impressed us overall, and we would absolutely return—hopefully next time with all dining options available.
