Room was great!! Drinks were amazing, so many options for kids entertainment. My only issue is that the Royalton company wants to sell you packages all the time it’s very annoying.

So much to do at the resort, staff was great. We were disappointed with the food the first two nights at the Italian and then Mexican restaurants, but every meal afterwards was very fantastic, especially the Christmas buffet. Cleaning staff was great, the hotel is beautiful and the gym is great as well.

The ladies and gents at the pool were amazing!! We rented the cabanas pretty much every day and shoutout to Paula, Isreal and all the other great servers! Entertainment team was excellent kept us happy and entertained! Restaurants were amazing! Quality food was served.
