I had a fantastic experience during my stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, everything felt welcoming, clean, and well-organized. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, which really set the tone for the rest of my visit. A special thank you to Jayco who was incredibly helpful and professional throughout my stay. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of, always with a friendly attitude and genuine willingness to assist. Their customer service truly stood out and made a big difference in my overall experience. Luz was truly my angle on earth, she made sure my son had the most beautiful birthday surprise he could have ever hoped for. The hotel itself was comfortable, well-maintained, and had all the amenities I needed. I would definitely recommend staying here and look forward to returning in the future!

Not enough things to do at night. Everything poolside closed at 5pm. Buffet food was absolutely horrible. Buffet staff did not want to get drinks or anything else. If u don’t catch breakfast none of the food places open till noon. It’s either swim all day or nothing else. Won’t book with them again. Not to mention they are constantly trying to sell u stuff or asking you to do surveys-very annoying!

I was greeted with great enthusiasm, Jacob was amazing, he is the manager for the Expedia team, they made my check in very easy and pleasant, they made me feel like a special guest. The resort is like Disney land for kids. If you have kids this will be your place.

The property itself is quite large and exceptionally clean, offering a wide variety of activities for guests to enjoy throughout their stay. Upon arrival, guests are warmly greeted by staff; however, the check-in process lacked organization and efficiency. Prior to my arrival, I communicated multiple times with staff regarding my need for a room with two beds. Unfortunately, only rooms with king beds were initially available. While the staff ultimately accommodated my request, it took approximately three hours to resolve, which was inconvenient after traveling. Additionally, guests are frequently approached with promotional offers for spa packages, laser tag, and other activities that require attending a presentation or touring another resort. While these offers may appeal to some, I found them intrusive. When on vacation, I prefer the freedom to relax and make additional purchases at my own discretion, without feeling obligated to commit time to promotional tours. Overall, while the property has many positive attributes, improvements in the check-in process and a less aggressive approach to promotional offers would greatly enhance the guest experience.

Es un hotel muy completo, tiene diferentes cosas para hacer las piscinas son espectaculares y el servicio del personal es maravilloso pero si sugiero más actividades familiares por lo que es para los niños principalmente y los splash están muy viejos, muy acabados y no tan modernos como lo demás por lo que mi estancia que era principalmente para mi hijo no fue tan satisfactoria. Escogí este hotel por *splash* pero no eran como en las fotos. Los horarios de los snacks no habían cuando íbamos a solicitarlos, los helados rápidamente se acababan enseguida y ya no habían los demás sabores disponibles. Y la playa finalmente olía mal y no se pudo disfrutar debido al montón de algas marinas.

The check in process was not very friendly. They tried to force us into getting a timeshare as soon as we arrived at the premises. Food was ok, but access to lots of restaurants were conditioned by reservations which were hard to get. The location was not great as we were stuck in the same place. The drinks were not great. The supplies in the room were more than minimum. We got thousands of insects in the balcony with some of them entering in the room for 2 consecutive days. The number of stars for this hotel should be 3 rather than 5. They have Expedia clients were a wrist at the whole time, while trying to convince them to book directly with them.

The stay was okay overall, but there are a few areas that need improvement. The food was decent, but the resort should add more Indian and vegetarian options. The biggest issue was the front desk service—it was very poor. There was no iron or steamer available in Building 11, and despite calling many times, there was no response. When we finally reached them, they said they didn’t have one for us, which was very disappointing.

I enjoyed the property itself. The restaurants were ok, not great but not bad. It’s really difficult to get reservations and the buffet left a lot to be desired. Bins were always empty, and the food was lukewarm at best.

Loved this resort. It was beautiful and had a lot to offer. The shows in evening were enjoyable! Beautiful beach with option of kayaking which we took advantage of! Great pool area for kids and you had a variety of pools to choose from so they didn’t get bored! The only complaint we had was that it was hard to get reservations for dinner so we weren’t able to enjoy all the restaurants that were offered!
