Had a oceanfront room and the view was absolutely gorgeous. The food was great, the property was absolutely amazing, and staff was friendly. The only observation I have was we didn’t receive enough towels daily even after several requests.

Very clean hotel. Ocean view was incredible. It was better than Grand beach. Grand and Nizuc has no waves and not clean beach. That's why there have big pool. Food was very good except japaneses. Donot buy voucher or membership of Moon Palace. I was trying to voucher but hotel was full and cannot use it.

The cleanness of the room, amenities and the staffs were all great. The ocean view was beautiful, the facilities and everything was amazing too. Lots of dining options, activities and entertainment. The room was very clean and the fridge stocked daily. The staff are attentive and friendly. The spa and golf course are wonderful. It’s a large resort that can get extremely crowded at times. You don’t really want to use the beach at this resort, but there are plenty of pools to enjoy. There is a lot for kids to do here.

Resort is so big, shuttle carts were not so convenient. Only one Italian restaurant food was good. Most restaurants food not meet standards. Specially the MOMO Teppanyaki, hardest to make reservation, the food was cold and all small portions - a half bowl fired rice with 6 pieces beef cubes. The marking signed us for a new facility presentation for 1.5 hour, but it took about 2.5 hours, spending half day to push to buy their membership.
