The beach was amazing with a great pool option close by The staff were excellent -everyone of them -a shout out to Martine, Genrie, Valentin and others that went above and beyond The cleaning service was excellent. Comfortable mattresses and pillows We will be back next year!!

We love returning to Paamul Hotel. It is such a beautiful place: serene, with beautiful views and impeccable service. The rooms are super clean with all the necessary amenities and a very comfortable bed. Breakfasts are fantastic. We cannot wait to visit again. One thing would make it even more heavenly: a hammock or a lounge bed on the patio so two people can enjoy the view and the magic of stunning surroundings.

Great for snorkeling and beautiful resort

This place is gorgeous - the staff is so friendly and kind. Jade in the Dive Shop is wonderful and made our stay so much more special for our kids. There's a great running trail, the restaurant is fabulous - location is perfect for visiting cenotes and surrounding historical ruins. Snorkeling from the beach is awesome. We moved on to a different resort after Paamul for the all inclusive experience, but the beaches aren't as nice for snorkeling - and the free breakfast at Paamul is really good. Great for the price if you don't need all inclusive.
