The crew consisted of Captain Miguel and the diving guide Jorge. Great people. On the way, drinks and snacks were served. Lugar fantástico para mergulhar de snorkel. Água morna e límpa. Éramos 8 pessoas de uma mesma família e alugamos uma lancha (Tintorero II). A tripulação era composta pelo Capitão Miguel e pelo guia de mergulho Jorge. Excelentes companhias. Durante o trajeto serviram bebidas e salgadinhos.

The resort staff were great. The food and drinks were amazing. The grounds and pools were so clean and well maintained. The only issue we had was with the room; the walls are paper thin - you can clearly hear the conversations from other rooms.

The property was clean and beautiful and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows were awesome. They had a lot of entertainment and activities around one of the pool. The nighttime entertainment was not so great but we are usually in bed by eight anyway. We did go to karaoke night and men versus women night and it was a lot of fun. We will definitely be staying again.

My boyfriend and I stayed at Allegro for a week in December 2025. The staff were amazing, especially Arby and Diego! They have so many fun things to do each day at the resort and they also have a desk in the front where you can rent a car. I only give it 4 stars because the food was just okay, the specific restaurants on the property were amazing though!

What a Great place! The pools, the Beach, the sunset! The Food wasnt the best, the 2nd and 3rd days the “lunch” restaurant was nearly empty of food. But then it got better. People and service we re incredible!!!! We will be back

It is an older property, but it is well maintained. I am happy to return to this resort year after year. The food is always good and the variety is plenty. The rooms are comfortable, and housekeeping does a fine job in keeping it tidy each day for you. I mainly come here each year to scuba dive because I believe it has one of the best scuba operation on the island. The dive shop is on the property, the boat picks up at the resort's dock. You don't ever have to leave the resort. The staff has always been friendly and will assist you with your needs.

We have been to several all inclusives and really enjoyed this resort. The room was clean, staff was helpful, beach was beautiful, and activity staff made it super fun for my high school/ college age kids. Shout out to Diego! It is a more affordable resort so drinks were about as expected but the food left a lot to be desired. It's basically all cafeteria style and you only get 1 restaurant dinner for 3 days. Compared to similar resorts it wouldn't take much to improve. Maybe a beachside grill with fresh hamburger/hotdogs and street tacos. Basic sit down dinner with fresh Mexican options. A bit of caution that this is a family friendly resort but also lively and has people and entertainment until after 10pm.

We really enjoyed our stay at Allegro Cozumel. The place was beautiful, and that staff was pleasant and kind. We especially liked the entertainment staff - JD, Arbey, and Millie. So FUN! The swim up bartenders, one in particular (we never got his name...) were so fun and kind too. And we enjoyed our dinner at the oriental restaurant - so DELCIOUS! It was a great getaway. My husband and I really enjoyed ourselves, and we've discussed going back in a few years and bringing our three kids along. Thanks for a great time, Allegro!
