「Room was very clean, plenty of beach sun beds provided even if having to wait until afternoon, coffee bar was wonderful, buffet and staff especially hostess was amazing, snorkelling from Palmar to Fiesta was very good, shows were fun, particularly enjoyed the Italian restaurant, beach restaurants especially the seafood was delicious. 「We have been to several all inclusives and really enjoyed this resort. The room was clean, staff was helpful, beach was beautiful, and activity staff made it super fun for my high school/ college age kids. Shout out to Diego! It is a more affordable resort so drinks were about as expected but the food left a lot to be desired. It's basically all cafeteria style and you only get 1 restaurant dinner for 3 days. Compared to similar resorts it wouldn't take much to improve. Maybe a beachside...

「Hotel is amazing overall. The views, the ocean, the drinks and room were all great. We rented a car for the week and always had room for parking. The buffet and Los Arcos were also good. The food service by the pool was only OK, very slow and food was bland. Overall we had a fantastic time and would return.」
