We picked this hotel for the location and median price point. It looked amazing in the photos and the reviews were excellent. We are frequent travelers so we know standards vary but this hotel is just bad. We paid $944 for 6 nights which is high over all for a hotel in Cozumel with little to no amenities. I’ve been sick all week because this hotel is so dirty. We are flying home now and I feel like death from something in that hotel. Every night I lost sleep and woke up with swollen eyes a sore throat or headache. The air conditioner made noises the entire time and I was so dirty. The hot water and WiFi worked intermittently. Mold in the showers. Horrible smell in the lobby and throughout the hotel. The staff just don’t care about the appearance of the hotel. The foyer, stairs and halls are filthy. Fake plants are dusty with cobwebs. Staying at this hotel ruined our week in Cozumel. There are a few other poor reviews and I don’t give bad reviews much credit however they are all spot on. There are way better hotels. Don’t make the same mistakes we did.

Room, staff and hotel are VERY nice but the noise level after 10pm was unacceptable. Just beware if you are looking to sleep in quiet, it might be a problem.

Clean room, comfy bed, friendly staff and easy check in / out. Nice rooftop terrace with a pool and loungers. A block from the beach / cruise ships / ferry terminal. Fresh water and an ice maker in the lobby in case you're thirsty.

1st time flying into Cozumel and this hotel was perfect—friendly staff and centrally located for all the entertainment. The rooftop had a fantastic view, and next to the hotel was one of the best restaurants, “ Ambar”, which you must go to when at this hotel.
