The crew consisted of Captain Miguel and the diving guide Jorge. Great people. On the way, drinks and snacks were served. Lugar fantástico para mergulhar de snorkel. Água morna e límpa. Éramos 8 pessoas de uma mesma família e alugamos uma lancha (Tintorero II). A tripulação era composta pelo Capitão Miguel e pelo guia de mergulho Jorge. Excelentes companhias. I loved the taco shack as the food was awesome! The view off my balcony was awesome! The employees were wonderful. The snorkeling was good. Entertainment was good. I wish the pool was a little less cloudy. This was a great place for couples to spend quality time together as it’s relaxing.

Room was very clean, plenty of beach sun beds provided even if having to wait until afternoon, coffee bar was wonderful, buffet and staff especially hostess was amazing, snorkelling from Palmar to Fiesta was very good, shows were fun, particularly enjoyed the Italian restaurant, beach restaurants especially the seafood was delicious. Thank you for everything.

This was our sixth stay at Fiesta Americana Cozumel. The resort is consistently maintained. The staff is great. Many of the staff are familiar to us and we love seeing them each time we stay.

Staff was good and courteous. Food was average. On site restaurants had the same menu every night of the stay. Schedule of dining options was not posted and a bit confusing. Breakfast and lunch buffet was exposed to the elements and birds. Depending on weather it was not comfortable to dine outdoors. Rooms were comfortable and well set up.

Stayed on the sixth floor in a master suite ocean view. The room was decent. It's a two room design with two bathrooms and separate sitting / dining area. Started off the first day on the 3rd floor looking at trees when we had booked an ocean view on a higher floor. They were apologetic and rectified it the following day. The location of the resort is good, not far from town. The number of restaurants is limited, however the overall quality of the food was very good, with the exception of the lunch buffet on the beach which wasn't the best. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Martin, one of the porters, was super friendly and helpful both at the start and end of the stay. Snorkeling out front is great and with a commercial dock many of the excursions pick you up right at the resort. Overall this resort is a good option.

Great pol and ocean. But could have more restaurants open. Great buffet for breakfast. Great shrimp and fish tacos at seafood place. Not too pressured to do timeshare tour, which we didn’t do.

The hotel is very nice, large rooms and good food. The reason for the poor review is because of loudness of the pool and staff performing pool a activities. The constant noise starts about 3:00-5:00 and again around 7:00-9:00. You cant get away from it since all rooms face the pool. Its impossible to sit on your balcony and read a book. I hate to say it but I do not plan to go back.

We enjoyed our stay at Fiesta Americana in Cozumel. The staff was helpful and friendly, rooms were spacious and clean, and the food was great!!! We traveled with 14 total, and all had a great time!

The staff (Alejandra at the buffet, Juan and Aaron the bartenders at the beach) were fantastic! Everyone else were great too! Very friendly staff. Rooms were a bit dated and oddly repaired (bathroom exhaust vents replaced with smaller vents than the original, and chaulking looked like I had done it, and that's not good..lol), but big rooms overall. Big balconies with great views on the 4th floor. The restaurants were good and not too busy at the start of Christmas vacation. It was getting busier when we left. The sushi bar was very good. Buffet for breakfast and lunch had lots of selection. The Grill and La Cevicheria restaurants on the beach had excellent food! The fish tacos were delicious. Overall the food was what you would expect at an all inclusive. Every night there were shows and quite often vendors with neat things (street painter, ceramics, clothing, etc). Snorkelling right off the dock was really cool with lots of colourful fish to see. Water shoes helped getting in and out of the water as there is no sandy beach area.
