The hotel is in a fantastic location and offers excellent value. We arrived on an extremely hot day and were warmly welcomed by the reception staff with refreshing, ice-cold face towels, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated touch. The check-in process was smooth, efficient, and well organized. Elizabeth at the front desk was absolutely amazing friendly, professional, and very helpful. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The hotel overall exceeded our expectations, especially considering the value, and the complimentary breakfast was a great added bonus.

If I could give it 3.5 stars, I would. It doesn’t deserve 3 stars but also doesn’t deserve 4. The location, balcony views, and breakfast were excellent. The staff couldn’t have been nicer. But if having a pool is important to u, u will be disappointed. It’s very small and bath temperature. That’s not an exaggeration. I’ve taken colder showers. Baking on a very worn, uncomfortable pool lounger and not having a good pool option wasn’t ideal. And if ur a light sleeper, the street noise and kitchen noise when they start making breakfast at 6 am might be an issue. A sound machine or app will help.

Overall good hotel. Staff very professional. Bed was good, view spacious. Pool was good, bit small and limited seating, but good. Maybe the breakfast can be improved. The seating area was weird, as some tables are right in front of some rooms. Also, I didn't like not being able to plate my own food (so I get my own portions) and coffee. The staff tended to be chatty with each other rather than bringing drinks. Another suggestion is to have small tags of the food options,it eould be appreciated by the non-Mexican guests. But overall good stay, highly recommended and will stay again if even back in Cozumel.

De todo mi viaje por la Riviera maya estuve en distintos hoteles muy buenos pero sin duda este fue el mejor, la cama increible, almohadas increibles, a 8 minutos del ferri caminando, el personal muy atento y amable, un hotel de alta calidad por un costo bastante bajo para lo que obtuvimos estoy muy satisfecha, claramente volveria cuando vuelva a la isla!!

Wonderful staff, clean as can be, and a beautiful place with great ocean views. The breakfast is extensive with many made to order options. It's right in town on the waterfront, so not a quiet place. It's right in the middle of the action! Love it!
