「Big rooms, good restaurants, friendly staff」

「The staff were very friendly and accommodating. It has a homey vibe. The room was clean and bed was comfortable, even the pillows, which is unusual! Housekeeping comes in each day and leaves clean towels and remakes our bed, even though we tried. Well organized with bills and check in and out.」

Rail in the stairs. My 88 yr old mother needed help to go up and down the stairs. Needs new toilet seats covers. According, to a lady is not a hotel and they only gave us 6 towels for 7 day stay. We had to go to a laundry mat to wash our towels. Security guards were amazing and very helpful. Security guard...

「De todo mi viaje por la Riviera maya estuve en distintos hoteles muy buenos pero sin duda este fue el mejor, la cama increible, almohadas increibles, a 8 minutos del ferri caminando, el personal muy atento y amable, un hotel de alta calidad por un costo bastante bajo para lo que obtuvimos estoy muy satisfecha, claramente volveria cuando vuelva a la isla!!」
