"The rooms were great. We like this property a lot. My 94 yr old mom can easily get to the beach and in the ocean. The staff is very helpful and kind. Beach food service from Julio was very nice. Looking forward to coming back. "

"We always stay at the Cozumel Hotel and Resort when we make our yearly trip. You just can't beat the great staff, the huge pool with the great courtyard, and dining in the beachside restaurant for breakfast. You can snorkel or dive from their pier and the dive shop is right there. It's close enough to walk to downtown San Miquel, or you can take a taxi. They have car rentals also, or bikes if you want to get some exercise. It's a WIN WIN WIN!"

"Old hotel, rooms not the revamped. Far away from downtown and all the attractions, if you will stay here, you need to have either a car or to pay taxis. Good location is you want to reach the cruise ships terminal. "

"Staying at the Explorean was very relaxing loved the restaurant and bar area with option to use Fiesta Americana pools and restaurants. The staff at The Explorean & Fiesta Americana were all amazing. I would recommend staying here it was a wonderful experience. The included excursions were great. We went on 3. The excursion team Nestor and Daniel were fantastic. They made our day. Rooms were very clean housekeeping did a great job. The grounds were very pretty. We would return for another stay."
