「Beautiful, tranquil property grounds. Staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Well kept pools, shared kitchen available for use and filtered drinking water in family cabin. 「This property was renovated last February and was very clean uncomfortable. The rooms were small but had everything we needed! Francesca at the front desk was amazing. She made me feel important tended to my needs and was efficient kind and really made me feel that I was a cherished guest at this gem of a hotel. 「We felt at home when we were staying at the Hotel Segovia. There was one or two other individuals standing on the property. It was quiet and very comfortable. A person was always stationed at the front and that was very comforting that it was safe. Breakfast was made to order each day. The menu was an American type breakfast - eggs (made your way), bacon, sausage, fresh fruit, OJ, Coffee. I would highly recommend because it’s close to the Centro and fairly priced in March. 」

「We love to stay at the El CID and we’ve stayed here many times. The place is kept very clean and the people are amazing! Things I really like: the snorkeling from shore, the cleanliness, the people, the walkability of the area, and the views from the rooms. 「The Villa Blanca Gardens is my three-star go to in Cozumel, and I have been there many times. It is away from the hustle and bustle and overcrowding of downtown when cruise ships come in and is generally unaffected by boat tourism. Many folks stay here for the dive, snorkeling and other activities that are available just across the street in front of the facility.
