「Staff was excellent, location very nice, room kindof old looking and sparsely furnished. Other than beds no seating. No coffee pot, or microwave. There is a mini fridge and restaurant. Plenty of outdoor seatong and many guests were napping on outdoor furniture, most likely because it is more comfortable than the beds. 「It was a two sided review. First, I was put in a room that was at the back of the property that the view was into some bushes that I looked through to see a tennis court. Not the garden property view what is advertised. Then no restaurant as advertised on their website, it was closed. 「We did not have an ocean view. No real beach No snorkeling available. No WiFi in our room. Breakfast was very good. No room darkening shades. Very light in our room. Bath was very small as well ast the sink area. Nowhere to hang wet suits. One hook for both of us. Could have used at least one more lamp. One small light over the beds. I would not stay here again」

「First off, on expedia website and booking it was advertised as cancun and or close proximity to cancun. That was very far from the truth. I also specifically put in the search filter all inclusive resort and booked under the impression that was what i would've received upon arriving. Never have had a problem with booking on expedia it usually is what is posted on the site. Did research beforehand to just to be sure logistics for arrival to find out the hotel because to me it should not be listed...

「We had a wonderful stay! The staff members were so friendly and helpful, as was the owner Pam. They really made us feel at home. The villas are beautiful charming little suites with the bedroom and bathroom in an upstairs loft. The gardens and pool are all very enchanting and well kept. 「Amazing hotel, with an amazing staff. I have never stayed at a hotel where the entire staff was so helpful, accommodating, pleasant and friendly. My room was on the 4th floor and had a terrific view of the pier where the cruise ships came in, but was just far enough away so as not to be inundated with ship passengers. 「We loved staying here during Carnaval! The parades went right by this hotel. Perfect hotel for that event! Just one piece of advice…do not book the room that says “snack bar view.” The balcony view is blocked by a wall. Other than that this is a wonderful hotel. 」
