The crew consisted of Captain Miguel and the diving guide Jorge. Great people. On the way, drinks and snacks were served. Lugar fantástico para mergulhar de snorkel. Água morna e límpa. Éramos 8 pessoas de uma mesma família e alugamos uma lancha (Tintorero II). A tripulação era composta pelo Capitão Miguel e pelo guia de mergulho Jorge. Excelentes companhias. We received a complimentary upgrade through Expedia so we had a Great ocean View. We have stayed here numerous times but I must say the food was better than it has ever been. Great location and a beautiful resort

Pros: Room: Superior Ocean View Double Room was Great. Room Number 2910 is Best in the Hotel on Top Floor with Panoramic Views of Ocean and Majestic Cruise Ships docked at the International Cruise Port. Tip: Rooms below 5th Floor cannot see the ocean but can see beautiful lush gardens and palms. Food: Really Good Breakfast, Seafood Restaurant on the beach open 1pm-4pm serves Clams Chowder, Fish of the Day, Giant Grilled Shrimp, Fish or Shrimp Tacos. Dinner was great with a variety of great tasting foods. Temperatures of food sometimes cold. Italian Restaurant available by reservation was Not Good. Go into town for Real Italian Food @ GUIDOS Italian Restaurant or Woodys Bar on the Town Square. Entertainment was very nice and lots of scheduled activities throughout the day. Con’s: Swimming Pools not kept clean. Always with leaves and sand. Hot Tub Did Not Work and was dirty, dingy and not maintained. Really Disappointing as Hot Tub was primary draw for staying at the hotel. Overall a Beautiful Hotel Resort with lots of Palm Trees and Waterfalls.

Hotel was great. Only bright spot of a rough vacation and travel experience. As others stated food was a bit bland but for an all inclusive I don’t really expect much more. The pools were cold, for time of year I think they could install some heaters to make the pool a bit more enjoyable. Room was clean and updated. Apparently I had VIP which I did not know until last day as no one told us. They only seemed to want to help if you would sit through a sales pitch for 90 minutes, sorry was not wasting 90 minutes of my vacation trying to be sold a time share or rewards points. I know this sounds like a negative review, but it wasn’t all bad. Bartenders were great and friendly, everyone was great to my kids and very attentive. The guacamole and pizza making by the pool was a fun and the kids loved it. The coffee everywhere was terrible and way too weak. I said it multiple times during the stay, as busy as it is outside the hotel, while you are on the grounds you feel isolated from all the craziness surround you. For an all inclusive it is a good place to stay with plenty to do.

Close to town location that still had the all inclusive vibe and great beach. Staff was helpful. Food was good but not mind blowing which wasn’t my expectation going here. All in all worth the money.

Nos gustó la habitación, la comida estuvo rica, el buffet no nos convenció del todo pero en los restaurantes de especialidad estuvieron ricos.

Our room had a water leaking issue the first night (that was promptly corrected the following morning), then the water went out twice the following days for whatever reason (couldn't shower until it came back). Also found the food to be a little off, things tasted a little watered down and such. The staff was very nice and helpful!
