「Don’t expect good customer service at this resort. Check in and restaurant reservations are very unorganized. People jumping in front of others that have been waiting. DO NOT RESERVE THE ROMANTIC DINNER ON THE BEACH! It was a disaster. During our dinner the Lights shut off (then we were attacked by swarms of bugs in our food) and we had to finish it in the restaurant. It was suppose to be romantic and just us but we finished with others and subjected to crying babies and cold lobster and steak....

「We stayed there for a week with our friends and that was a good thing we were with friends as there was very little entertainment and in the evening your option was get drunk or read a book. Twice 2 restaurants at a time were closed for dinner and that created long wait to get food. Staff was nice and helpful, rooms are spacious however outdated, internet was good in the lobby but scatchy in the room the best part was the beach clean of seaweed and we could snorkel right off the beach.」

「I have nothing but good things to say about this resort. It had everything we were looking for and more. Staff was all excellent, especially Miguel our pool waiter. We did not leave the resort the entire week and thoroughly enjoyed our time. We have 2 young kids (2 & 4) and they also had a blast. I would definitely go back.」

Le site est magnifique, avec un beau jardin et une piscine très appréciée. Points positifs : lit King très confortable, climatisation silencieuse, 2e réfrigérateur pratique, grande table extérieure parfaite pour les repas, eau de douche bien chaude. 「Amazing hotel, with an amazing staff. I have never stayed at a hotel where the entire staff was so helpful, accommodating, pleasant and friendly. My room was on the 4th floor and had a terrific view of the pier where the cruise ships came in, but was just far enough away so as not to be inundated with ship passengers. Great location from which you could easily and safely walk to restaurants, shopping, the plaza, and two large grocery stores if you needed to pick up stuff. I would highly...

「Excelente ubicación, el área para snorkel muy padre. La cena muy rica y buen servicio. Recomiendo 100% el paquete con alimentos y bebidas. Lo único que no nos gustó fue el servicio en el desayuno y la primera habitación q nos dieron por qué pagamos vista al mar y nos dieron una habitación con árbol enfrente y vista hacia un techo con condensadoras de Aires y que hacían ruido. El personal nos ayudó y nos dio un upgrade complementario al piso más alto y la vista fue espectacular. 」
