An average hotel that is more like a motel. One set of old towels and they are not getting replaced with daily services unless you tell them (literarily) or take them to switch with new ones. Great friendly staff all around, great breakfast (we loved the young lady who was making omelet, Kindy, Gerry, Darvin, and Francisco), good food and service, nice access to the beach, which is public. Nice, quiet, safe neighborhood. On property scuba and diving equipment and training. On property SPA with nice people. Lots of walkways on the street side. There is no exercise room. The turtles can be treated better. Overall, the hotel has a distinct local culture we treasured.

older hotel so could use an update. location was good and it had some Mexican charm. Towels were worn and threadbare. We lost one of the towels and we were charged $65 for it! Food was average and the bar drinks were not great. Desk personnel were fairly friendly but didn't go out of their way to be helpful. Same was true for the restaurant staff

Clean, cute and for the most part a friendly staff. We received a walk-out unit as an Expedia VIP member which was convenient and scenic. Now the downsides, really poor internet throughout hotel, TV pretty much non functioning due to constantly disrupted internet signals. The Air Conditioning was really noisy and we couldn’t control the temperature as the thermostat was broken and stuck on high. We went to the lobby to explain the aircon issue and they sent the maintenance guy who said yes it was a problem unit and the only way to turn it off was by turning off the circuit breaker when then left us with no cooling. The shower pressure was really low and the patio had cheap white plastic chairs and table. The Pool was much colder than the Ocean water. The Staff, however, always seemed friendly at the inside bar, front desk and the restaurant, but not friendly at the outside bar. Overall an average stay but this hotel has some work to do to. Oh, and in the future please respond to messages sent through Expedia…

Best hotel I stayed in during my whole trip to the Yucatan area. The hotel is guarded by security in the front and once in the courtyard, noticed a whole bunch of turtles on the property. The hitel is clean and refreshing and the staff was very friendly. The maintenance people were constantly working on the property, whether raking the sand or trimming plants. The hotel has a beautiful beach area as well as a pier you can walk right on, giving you access to Cozumels rocky and fish filled bottom for snorkeling. Had a great time and wish I stayed longer.

I stayed for a week with my daughter. The people were very polite, the room was clean/comfortable and spacious with great service. The breakfast was very delicious with a variety of different dishes. Overall it was a great experience and I’d do it all over again.

Las habitaciones requieren mantenimiento.
