「This place is fabulous for the people that wants to have a jungle full experience.」

「We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights. They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride...

I’d say total cost wise it’s similar to a higher tier all inclusive resort, even though everything is ordered off menu like a regular restaurant. The steakhouse...

「After a long day of travel, we finally get to the resort where we are shuffled back-and-forth like a herd of animals waiting in different lines. Check-in took over an hour, the staff could not get it together to get us our room keys and get us on a shuttle in a timely manner. They were asking stupid questions like what is our occupation and what is our yearly salary. Our very first morning there, 8 AM the phone rings, wakes us up, and they want to schedule our shuttle back to the airport. We...
