「From the moment we booked to the time we checked out, the Mamma Loo staff was in constant communication with us. They let me know about prices outside the stay rates beforehand, they helped me arrange a welcome bouquet for my girlfriend, arranged for us to have a grill dinner and took breakfast all the way to our kuchil ( that’s how you say space/home in mayan). 「We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights.They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride...

「Room ac didn’t work well also the room had so much moisture in it they had to bring in a dehumidifier and the room stunk the mildew. The pool side service was ok but not great. Would be nice if all restaurants were open every night and you can wear nice khaki shorts and collar shirts instead of pants everywhere」

「Biggest problem is that it’s in the middle of nowhere so unless you know for sure you’re there for the wakeboarding, I would not stay there. Other than that the room was pretty ample and nice. Food was fine.」

「The out door pool was amazing ! The bar by the pool and the staff were very friendly and all of the staff were always friendly and helpful . The Palms restaurant and Italian restaurants were our favorite. Unfortunately there were only four restaurants for families and one was only open for breakfast and lunch. One is a buffet that was just okay. The other restaurents in the other resorts are adult only - which one can understand.」
