「We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights.They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride...

Wir haben dort sehr lecker zu Abend gegessen und es gibt auch eine größere Auswahl zum Frühstück, welches ebenfalls sehr lecker war. Unser Zimmer war ok, es hätte ein wenig sauberer sein können. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Aeria Hotel from the early check-in, elevator, clean, beautiful, spacious, air conditioned room with WiFi and terrace to the amazing views and wonderful staff like Samuel at reception. 「If you’re looking for a quiet, mature and small resort to relax and unwind, this is your place. It’s a small intimate resort that has great food and service. 「If you’re a local or from mexico and you love the water sport they offer and you own a car /rent this is a great hotel for you. This is not a hotel for tourists at all. No one here knows any English which is fine and makes sense as I am in mexico but to try and explain that they are false advertising a hotel by lying on the hotel post is incredibly hard. There is no pool, no hot tub, the rooftop patio is totally abandoned with nothing on it there is no gym that I could find and you are...

「The road to the resort was not paved at all (dirt road with tons of potholes, an SUV or bigger vehicle is a must), it was remote, no cell reception (download an offline map), surrounded by jungle.
