"We really enjoyed this vacation. The staff were very happy and work so hard. The food was delicious and enjoyed every minute. We are already planning our next trip there. The only concern we had was there was a sensor light that would turn the lights in the bathroom on. We did have to call twice on it but it was taken care of. I was impressed that I mentioned to one restaurant my birthday and we got all these acknowledgments of my birthday. You all made my day. I love this resort! "

"Super happy and helpful staff- only true issue is the “i need to get you into a presentation” hassle. But they’re fully aware it’s an annoyance and if you give slight pushback, they’re more than willing to offer ibeurostar cash you can then use towards amenities and off site activities. other than that- everything and everyone was truly amazing. every day they’re doing something to upkeep the property. adorable animals all over. . !! helpful tip !! we found out too late lol-GOOGLE maps has the resort and can make it easier to find restaurants or areas of the place before you get the lay of the land.
